What to know before you start.
Custom t-shirts are the workhorse of custom apparel, and designing your own starts with two choices: the blank and the print method. We stock soft ringspun cotton tees for that broken-in retail feel, moisture-wicking performance blends for sports and outdoor crews, and heavier 100% cotton for prints meant to last wash after wash. In the designer you can place your art on the full front, left chest, back, or sleeve, and we keep every edge crisp.
For the print itself, screen printing is the most economical once you're past a couple dozen of the same design — it lays down thick, durable ink that holds up for years. For full-colour artwork, photos, or smaller runs with lots of size and colour variation, DTF (direct-to-film) transfers reproduce every gradient with no minimum. Not sure which fits?
