Real Estate Signs
& Print Marketing.

Your listing sign is on the lawn for weeks and gets seen by everyone on the street. Your feature sheet is the only thing a buyer takes home from the showing. Both are doing more selling than any ad you will buy — so both are worth getting right.

The package

The realtor marketing package.

Everything a listing needs, from the day the sign goes up to the card that stays in a kitchen drawer for three years.

🪧
Listing & open-house signs

Weather-rated coroplast lawn signs, directional arrows for open-house weekends, and rider panels for SOLD, PENDING or price changes. Double-sided so the sign works from both directions of traffic.

📄
Feature sheets

The one piece of paper a buyer carries out of a showing and compares against four other houses that afternoon. Printed on stock heavy enough that it does not feel like a photocopy.

💼
Business cards

Real estate is a referral business run on cards handed to people at exactly the wrong moment to be memorable. Heavier stocks, soft-touch and spot UV are worth the small premium here.

🎌
Open-house banners

Vinyl banners and retractable stands for open houses, developments and office events. Retractables pack into a tube and set up in seconds, which matters when you are doing three showings in a day.

🧲
Car magnets & decals

Removable magnets turn your car into a moving listing sign during work hours and back into a normal car on the weekend. The right call for a leased vehicle.

🚪
Door hangers & postcards

Just-listed and just-sold drops for the streets around your listing. Farming a neighbourhood is still the most reliable lead source in this business.

You don't have to take the whole package. Most customers start with one or two pieces and add the rest as they grow — tell us where you're starting and we'll quote just that.

What matters here

The sign is the ad
you already paid for.

A listing sign sits on a lawn for four to eight weeks and is seen by every neighbour, every dog walker and every buyer driving the street. It is the highest-impression, lowest-cost marketing an agent owns — and most agents treat it as an afterthought.

  • Weather-rated for an Ottawa winter
  • Double-sided for both traffic directions
  • Rider panels for SOLD and price changes
  • Name and number sized to read from a car
  • Brokerage brand rules respected
  • Artwork on file for the next listing
How ordering works

One setup, then every listing.

Agents do not place one order — they place a small order per listing, forever. So the setup matters: get your template, brand colours and brokerage requirements locked once, and every subsequent listing becomes a fast reprint with new photos and an address.

🧾
What it costs

Price depends on the product, quantity, decoration method, number of locations and any personalization. Every quote is free and itemized, so you can see which lever moves the number.

How fast

The clock starts when you approve the mockup, not when you first get in touch. Tell us your real in-hand date up front and we'll confirm whether it's achievable before you commit.

🔁
Reorders

We keep your artwork, colours and placement on file. A second batch matches the first, skips setup, and doesn't need re-quoting from scratch.

Frequently asked questions

Do you make real estate lawn signs and rider panels?

Yes — coroplast lawn signs with stakes or frames, plus rider panels for SOLD, PENDING, price changes and open-house dates. We recommend double-sided as standard, because a single-sided sign is invisible to half the traffic on the street.

Will the signs survive an Ottawa winter?

Coroplast is the standard material for exactly this reason — it is a corrugated plastic, so it does not absorb water, warp or go soft the way a paper-faced board does. Print fades slowly under UV over a long enough period, which is why signs that live outdoors year-round eventually get replaced, but a normal listing cycle is well within range.

Can you work within our brokerage's brand guidelines?

Yes, and you should tell us up front if there are rules, because most brokerages have specific requirements about logo size, colour and placement relative to the agent's own branding. Send the brand guide with your artwork and we will keep the design inside it.

What paper should feature sheets be printed on?

Something with weight to it. A feature sheet gets compared against three or four others on a buyer's kitchen table that evening, and flimsy stock reads as a cheaper listing — fairly or not. A heavier gloss or silk stock costs marginally more per sheet and changes how the property feels in hand.

Are car magnets better than permanent decals?

For most agents, yes. Magnets brand the car during working hours and come off for personal time, and they avoid the adhesive question entirely on a leased vehicle. Permanent decals make more sense if you have a dedicated vehicle you are happy to keep branded full time.

Can I reorder signs for a new listing quickly?

Yes — that is the normal pattern. Once your template and branding are set up, a new listing is a fast reprint with a new address and photo rather than a new design job. We keep your files so you are not rebuilding from scratch each time.

Do you print branded apparel for agents and teams?

Yes — embroidered polos and jackets for team open houses, community events and sponsorships. It is a smaller part of most agents' spend but it matters for teams who want to look like one at a public event.

Your next listing,
properly marketed.

Send your branding and what the listing needs. We will come back with a mockup and an itemized price — and keep the template ready for the one after that.
