A grad hoodie gets kept for a decade. Spirit wear gets worn every dress-down day for a year. Both are ordered by a volunteer with a spreadsheet, a hard deadline and no design background — so we built the process around that, not around the printing.
What schools order.
Grad class, sports teams, clubs, staff and the school store — usually all from the same volunteer, usually all at once.
The big one. Class year on the front, and the full name list or individual names on the back. Every hoodie can carry a different name at no extra handling — send the list and we match it piece for piece.
School logo and colours for dress-down days, house teams and the school store. Ordered once a year in a size spread, so the size list matters more than the design.
Robotics, drama, band, debate, student council. Small runs, often a dozen or fewer, which is exactly where full-colour printing with no setup fee earns its keep.
Numbered jerseys for school teams, plus bench hoodies and warm-ups. Names and numbers on every piece, sized to a roster you send us as a list.
Embroidered polos for teachers and admin, and matching tees for field trips and sports days — where being visually identifiable in a crowd is the actual point.
Banners for graduation, sports days, fundraisers and open houses. Retractable stands get reused every year, which makes them cheaper than they look.

Price depends on the product, quantity, decoration method, number of locations and any personalization. Every quote is free and itemized, so you can see which lever moves the number.

Frequently asked questions
Can every grad hoodie have a different name on it?
Yes, and it is one of the most common things we do. Send us a list of names against sizes in a spreadsheet and we match each garment to each student. There is no per-name surcharge for handling — individual names are a normal part of a grad order rather than an add-on.
How do we collect sizes from a whole class?
Run it as a single form with a hard closing date, collecting name and size together in one place, and order on that date. The thing that wrecks school orders is leaving collection open and chasing the last eight students for three weeks. If it helps, we can supply a size-collection sheet you can circulate.
How far ahead should we order grad hoodies?
As early as the class list and design are settled. Graduation is a fixed date and every school in the city is ordering into the same window, so the earlier the order lands the more comfortable the schedule is. Tell us your real in-hand date up front and we will confirm it is achievable before you commit.
Is there a minimum order for club or team shirts?
No hard minimum on full-colour printing, which is why it suits small clubs well — a robotics team of nine is a perfectly normal order. Screen printing becomes the better value once you are into larger spirit-wear runs.
Can we do a fundraiser where students order and pay individually?
The simplest structure is to collect orders and payment at the school, then place one consolidated order — it gets the best per-piece price and gives you a single invoice, which is usually what the office needs for its records. Tell us how you want to run it and we will work with your structure.
Can you match our exact school colours?
For screen printing, yes — inks can be mixed to a Pantone reference, so send the code if the school has one. Full-colour digital printing works in CMYK and gets very close but cannot reproduce every Pantone exactly. If your school colours are strictly defined, tell us and we will steer the method accordingly.
Do you keep the design for next year?
Yes. We keep artwork, colours and placements on file, so next year's class can reuse the template with a new year and a new name list instead of starting the design conversation over.
