Promotional T-Shirts
People Actually Wear.
Promotional t-shirts with your logo, printed in-house in Ottawa and shipped across Canada — ordered by the hundred for trade shows, product launches, campus activations and customer-appreciation days. A screen-printed tee runs roughly $12–$18 CAD each at 50 pieces and drops under $10 each in the hundreds, and nothing prints until you approve a free mockup.

Giveaway t-shirts people keep wearing.
Trade-show booths, campus activations and customer-appreciation days go through branded t-shirts in bulk. Orders in the hundreds are usually screen printed and quoted directly — through the free quote form, by email or by phone — with the same free mockup and human designer check as a single shirt.
Our everyday blank is the Gildan 64000 Softstyle: 4.5 oz/yd² ring-spun cotton (heather and antique shades are blends), semi-fitted and true to size, adult XS–5XL in more than 60 colours. It’s the tee people pull on for a Saturday errand — the whole point of a giveaway.
For gyms, run clubs, sports nutrition and fun runs, the Team 365 TT11 is 100% polyester — lighter at 3.5 oz/yd² and quicker to dry than cotton, in about 20 colours. Choose polyester when you pick the tee in the design studio.
One screen per ink colour, made once and inked across the whole run, is the cheapest way to hundreds of promo shirts. Keep the logo to one colour and the setup is a single screen shared by every shirt in the box.
Gradients, photos and many-colour logos print by DTF, with no setup fee and no minimum. Full-colour DTF sits slightly higher per piece than screen printing, and it’s the practical way to print a gradient without paying for a stack of screens.
A modest logo on the left chest (3.5″ wide is our standard) and a bigger statement on the back, up to 11″ wide, is the layout that still gets worn after the event. A billboard logo across the chest is the shirt that ends up as a painting rag.

Which print method suits your promo shirts?
The method follows the artwork and the count. Find your logo below — if it falls between two rows, we’ll recommend one when we quote.
| Your logo & quantity | Best method | Why |
|---|---|---|
| One-colour logo, 100+ shirts | Screen printing | One screen is made once and inked across the whole run, so its setup is shared by every shirt — the cheapest way to hundreds of tees. A screen-printed tee runs roughly $12–$18 CAD each at 50 pieces and drops under $10 each in the hundreds. |
| Two- or three-colour logo, 50+ shirts | Screen printing | Each ink colour gets its own screen, so every colour adds setup. Screen printing becomes the best value past roughly 24–50 pieces, and dropping a colour is the quickest way to lower the price. |
| Full-colour, gradient or photo logo, any quantity | DTF | Every colour prints together on one film, which is then heat-pressed onto the shirt — no screens and no setup fee. Full-colour DTF sits slightly higher per piece than screen printing, the trade for a gradient or photo without a stack of screens. |
| Any logo, fewer than about 24 shirts | DTF | No minimum — we will print a single shirt. Screen printing starts around 6 pieces and only becomes the best value past roughly 24–50, so sample runs and booth-staff shirts usually go DTF. |
| Premium polo or cap for staff, VIPs or a prize draw | Embroidery | Stitched thread reads as a uniform, not a freebie. The logo is digitized into a stitch file first, and hairline details or tiny text get simplified so they stitch cleanly. |
| One logo on giveaway tees and staff polos | Print the tees, embroider the polos | One logo file, two methods: the giveaway tees stay affordable at volume and the people working the table look like staff. |
Ordering in the hundreds? Those runs are usually screen printed and quoted directly — send your logo, quantity and event date through the free quote form, or size the logo on a real tee first in the design studio.

Giveaway size mix
A crowd bunches at M, L and XL, and a giveaway that only comes in medium ends up on the floor of the hall. The bulk t-shirt size breakdown has the starting curve for 100 to 1,000 shirts, and the chest logo size guide covers the front.
Round out the booth
The same logo file runs on printed tote bags (by quote), embroidered caps, stickers and the trade-show display behind the table. The trade-show printing checklist covers everything else the booth needs.
Not a giveaway?
Tees your own team wears every shift are custom staff shirts, and an event shirt carrying sponsor logos on the back is a sponsor shirt.

Frequently asked questions
How much do promotional t-shirts cost?
A screen-printed t-shirt runs roughly $12–$18 CAD each at 50 pieces and drops under $10 each in the hundreds. Full-colour DTF sits slightly higher per piece with no setup fee. Quantity, the number of ink colours and the number of print locations all move the price, and every quote is free and includes a mockup.
Is there a minimum order for promo shirts?
No minimum on DTF and DTG — we will print a single shirt. Screen printing starts around 6 pieces and becomes the best value past roughly 24–50 pieces. In the online design studio the per-piece price drops at 12, 24, 50 and 100 pieces, every colour of the same tee counts toward the same break, and orders in the hundreds are usually quoted directly through the free quote form, by email or by phone.
What’s the best t-shirt for a giveaway?
For most giveaways, the Gildan 64000 Softstyle: ring-spun cotton at 4.5 oz/yd², semi-fitted and true to size, in adult XS–5XL — soft enough that people wear it on weekends. For a gym, run club or sports brand, the Team 365 TT11 is 100% polyester, lighter at 3.5 oz/yd² and quicker to dry. Both are in the design studio; choose cotton or polyester when you pick the tee.
Where should the logo go on a promotional shirt?
Put a modest logo on the left chest — 3.5″ wide is our standard — and the bigger statement on the back, up to 11″ wide; that’s the layout that keeps getting worn after the event. On our tees, front and back prints start 3″ below the collar seam, and the left chest sits over the wearer’s left side, which is your right as you face them. For a sharp print at those sizes, a PNG needs to be about 1,050 px wide for the chest and 3,300 px wide for an 11″ back, or send a vector file.
How far ahead should I order shirts for a trade show or event?
Standard turnaround on clothing is 1–2 weeks. Most apparel orders can rush — 4–5 business days or 1–3 business days, priced at checkout — and every order shows the dates it will be ready before you pay. A run in the hundreds is planned, not rushed: work back from the event date, leaving time to approve the mockup, the standard turnaround and shipping to wherever the boxes need to be.
How many of each size should I order for a giveaway?
Weight the order to the middle. For unisex adult tees our starting curve is XS 2%, S 12%, M 26%, L 28%, XL 20%, 2XL 8% and 3XL 4% — 10, 60, 130, 140, 100, 40 and 20 shirts in a 500-piece order. It comes from experience rather than survey data, so shift it for your crowd and order a few spares in M, L and XL in the same run, because a second run is a second setup.
Do you ship promotional t-shirts across Canada?
Yes. Everything is printed and decorated in-house in Ottawa, and we ship Canada-wide, including the Greater Toronto Area and Greater Montreal; shipping is quoted for your postal code and shown before you pay. Nothing is drop-shipped from overseas, so there are no cross-border customs holds or surprise duties — and if you’re in Ottawa, ask us about pickup.
Outfitting a whole team or space?
Small Business PrintingDesign it yourself. A human designer still checks every order.
Our free studio gives you the price and the mockup in the browser. What it doesn't do is print your file blindly — every order is reviewed by a real designer before it reaches the press.
- Step 1You design it — free
Upload your logo, drop it on a real garment, set the size and placement, pick colours and quantities. No account, no deposit, no waiting on a reply.
- Step 2A human designer checks it
Before anything prints, one of our designers opens your file and checks resolution, colours, sizing and placement. If it won't print well, we fix it or tell you exactly what's wrong — a person, not an automated preflight.
- Step 3You approve, then we print
You get the corrected mockup back on the actual product. Nothing goes to press until you say yes — then it's ready in 1–2 weeks, or in 1–3 business days with a rush.
