Yes. There's no minimum on printed apparel — we'll happily print a single shirt. Order more and the price per piece drops: in our design studio it steps down at 12, 24, 50 and 100 pieces.

No problem. Send us your idea — a rough sketch, a photo or a few words — and a designer on our team will help turn it into print-ready artwork. Need a brand-new logo? Our logo design service can make one. Either way, you see a mockup on the product before you pay.
Clothing takes 1–2 weeks as standard, and most apparel orders can rush in 4–5 or 1–3 business days. Business cards, flyers, signs and banners take 3–6 business days. You see the ready dates before you pay.
Yes — we ship anywhere in Canada from our shop in Ottawa. Shipping is priced for your postal code and shown before you pay.
Yes. In our design studio, add team names and numbers and type in each player's name, number and size — or send us your roster as a list. You check and approve every name before you pay.
Usually, yes — tell us the brand, style and fabric first, because some fabrics don't take every method well. Garments you supply are decorated at your risk: if one is damaged in production, we redo the decoration but can't replace the garment.
Yes. Die-cut stickers, sticker sheets, product labels and custom patches — embroidered, woven and more — are quoted by hand. Send the size, shape, quantity and what they're for, and we'll reply with a price.

It depends on quantity, garment, and print method. A basic screen-printed tee runs roughly $12–$18 each at 50 pieces and drops under $10 in the hundreds; full-colour DTF sits a little higher per piece with no setup fee. Every quote is free and includes a mockup.
Always. You'll get a free digital mockup of your design on the actual product before any payment, so you can check the colours, sizing, and placement. We only print once you approve it.

Yes — free, with no account and no deposit. Our design studio at yayaprints.ca/mockup-creator lets you upload a logo, place it on a real garment, add text in proper print fonts, choose colours and sizes, and see the price update as you go. When you're happy you can order right there; you never have to phone or email us unless you want to.
Always. Every order is reviewed by a human designer before it goes to press — a real person on our team checks your file's resolution, colours, sizing and placement. If something won't print well, we fix it or tell you exactly what's wrong and what to send instead. It is not an automated preflight, and nothing prints until you approve the corrected mockup.
Send it anyway. Our designers work with whatever you have — a phone screenshot, a PNG off a website, a PDF, even an AI-generated image. We'll clean it up, redraw it as vector art if it needs it, and show you the result on a mockup before you pay. Fixing a customer's file is part of the order, not an upsell.
Yes. We print in-house in Ottawa and ship across the Greater Toronto Area — Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa. Design online or send us your logo, approve the free mockup, and orders typically arrive a day or two after they leave the shop.
Yes. We ship custom apparel and print across Quebec — Montreal, Laval, Longueuil, Brossard, Quebec City, Sherbrooke, Trois-Rivières and Gatineau, where we also do local pickup and delivery. We work with customers in English and French, and because everything is printed in Ontario there are no cross-border customs delays.
Screen printing is the best value for bulk runs of one to three colours; DTF handles full-colour artwork and small runs with no setup; embroidery gives a premium, durable finish on polos, caps and jackets. Not sure? We'll recommend the right method with your free quote.
