Volunteer Tees
& Event Printing.
Nonprofit orders come with a fixed event date, a committee that has to approve the design, a budget that is genuinely tight, and sponsors whose logos have to appear at the right size. We have done enough of them to know that the printing is the easy part.
What a fundraiser needs.
Identifiable volunteers, visible sponsors, and something people will pay money to take home.
One bright colour, big lettering, and VOLUNTEER where people can read it from behind. At an event the only job this shirt has is letting a confused attendee find help in a crowd.
Event shirts for runs, walks and tournaments, with sponsor logos arranged on the back. Ordered against a registration list that keeps changing until the last week — plan the cutoff accordingly.
Start and finish banners, registration signage, directional signs and sponsor boards. Retractable stands get reused at every event for years, which makes them the cheapest signage you will buy.
Sponsor boards, step-and-repeat backdrops and logo banners. The thing that makes a sponsor renew next year is seeing their logo in the photographs — so this is really a fundraising tool.
Hoodies, totes and caps sold to raise funds rather than given away. Margin matters here, so we will be straight with you about what a piece costs and what it can realistically sell for.
Event flyers, donation cards, programmes and thank-you print. Unglamorous, but the donation card in a programme is where a lot of the actual money comes from.
You don't have to take the whole package. Most customers start with one or two pieces and add the rest as they grow — tell us where you're starting and we'll quote just that.
The date will not
move for you.
Every nonprofit order we do has the same shape: a hard event date, a committee approval step nobody budgeted time for, and a sponsor logo that arrives late in the wrong format. The way to survive it is to start the artwork conversation earlier than feels necessary.

- ✓Sponsor logos sized and placed properly
- ✓We will fix low-quality sponsor files
- ✓Bright colours for crowd visibility

Start earlier than you think.
The step that consistently blows nonprofit timelines is not printing — it is waiting on a committee to approve a design and on the last sponsor to send a usable logo. Get the mockup in front of the committee early and the rest of the schedule takes care of itself.
Price depends on the product, quantity, decoration method, number of locations and any personalization. Every quote is free and itemized, so you can see which lever moves the number.
The clock starts when you approve the mockup, not when you first get in touch. Tell us your real in-hand date up front and we'll confirm whether it's achievable before you commit.
We keep your artwork, colours and placement on file. A second batch matches the first, skips setup, and doesn't need re-quoting from scratch.

Frequently asked questions
How early should we order shirts for an event?
Earlier than the printing itself requires, because the delays in nonprofit orders are almost never at the press. They are committee approval and sponsor artwork. Get a free mockup early, use it to get sign-off, and set a hard cutoff for sponsor logos — after that the production schedule is straightforward.
Can you place sponsor logos on the back of event shirts?
Yes, and it is one of the most common things we lay out. The usual arrangement is tiered by sponsorship level — larger logos at the top, smaller ones below. Tell us the tiers and we will size them so the hierarchy is obvious without making the small ones illegible.
What if a sponsor sends us a bad quality logo?
It happens on nearly every event. If a sponsor sends a low-resolution image pulled off a website, we will tell you before it goes to print rather than after, and we can redraw it into a clean vector. It is worth asking sponsors for vector files in your original sponsorship agreement to avoid this entirely.
How do we keep costs down on a tight budget?
Fewer print colours and fewer print locations are the two biggest levers on a screen-printed run, and quantity is the third. A one-colour front and a sponsor back is dramatically cheaper than full colour on both sides. Tell us your budget per shirt and we will design the order around it rather than quoting you something you cannot use.
Should we give shirts away or sell them?
Volunteer shirts are a cost of running the event and should be treated as such. Merch you intend to sell is a different calculation — it needs enough margin to be worth the working capital and the leftover stock risk. We will tell you honestly what a piece costs so you can price it properly rather than discovering the margin afterwards.
Can we reuse banners at next year's event?
Yes, if you design them for it. Keep the year and specific dates off the main banner and put them on a separate, cheaper piece. A retractable stand with your organisation's branding and no date on it will serve you at every event for years.
Do you work with small community groups as well as registered charities?
Yes — community associations, sports clubs, school parent councils and neighbourhood groups are all normal customers. Order sizes in this category are often small, which is fine; full-colour printing has no setup fee, so a run of twenty is perfectly economical.
