What is a retractable banner?
It's a printed banner that rolls into a weighted aluminum base, a bit like a window blind. You pull the graphic up, hook it onto a support pole, and it stands on its own — then it retracts back into the base for storage. That mechanism is why they're also called roll-up or pull-up banners.
What size should I order for a trade show booth?
The 33-inch wide stand is the common choice because it fits beside a table without crowding the aisle. The 47-inch wide version gives you more room for photos and works well as a backdrop behind a booth. Tell us your booth dimensions and we'll suggest which one fits.
How should I lay out the artwork?
Keep your logo and headline in the top third, where people read from a distance, and leave the bottom few inches clear — that area sits below eye level and can be blocked by tables or the base itself. Send us what you have and we'll flag anything that falls in a dead zone before printing.
Can I reuse the stand with a new graphic?
Usually yes. On most stands the printed graphic sits in a removable cassette, so we can print a new banner and swap it into your existing base. Bring the stand in or send us photos of the hardware and we'll confirm whether it takes a replacement cassette.
Are double-sided retractable banners available?
Yes. A double-sided stand prints a graphic on each face, which is useful when people approach your booth from both directions or when the banner sits in the middle of a room. If it will always be against a wall, single-sided is the simpler pick.
