Salon & Spa
Branding.
Salons and spas sell an atmosphere, and every physical thing a client touches is part of it — the apron the stylist wears, the card that goes in their wallet with the next appointment on it, the window they walked past for a year before booking.
The salon branding package.
The pieces that make a chair rental feel like a business, and a business feel like a brand.
Branded aprons that survive colour, bleach and daily washing. The one garment a client looks at for the entire appointment, which makes it the highest-value branded surface in the room.
Embroidered shirts so clients can tell staff from clients in a busy space. Dark colours are the practical choice in colour salons for reasons that need no explanation.
Logo and hours on the glass, frosted vinyl for treatment-room privacy, and full window graphics for a street-front unit. For a salon in a plaza the window is the sign, the ad and the portfolio.
The card with the next booking written on it goes straight into a wallet and stays there for six weeks. Heavier stock and a soft-touch finish cost pennies more and get handled dozens of times.
Printed service menus for the front desk and the waiting area. A properly printed menu lets you present premium services as premium instead of as a laminated sheet taped to a mirror.
Labels for retail product, gift bags and packaging seals. If you resell product or blend your own, a branded label is what makes it yours rather than a distributor's.
You don't have to take the whole package. Most customers start with one or two pieces and add the rest as they grow — tell us where you're starting and we'll quote just that.
Everything the client
touches.
A client spends an hour looking at your apron, five seconds at your card and a year walking past your window. Those three surfaces do more for how premium your business feels than anything else you could spend the same money on.

One brand, many small orders.
Salons rarely place one big order. It is aprons when a stylist joins, cards when you run out, a new price list when you raise rates. Getting the brand set up once means every one of those is a quick reprint rather than a fresh design conversation.
Price depends on the product, quantity, decoration method, number of locations and any personalization. Every quote is free and itemized, so you can see which lever moves the number.
The clock starts when you approve the mockup, not when you first get in touch. Tell us your real in-hand date up front and we'll confirm whether it's achievable before you commit.
We keep your artwork, colours and placement on file. A second batch matches the first, skips setup, and doesn't need re-quoting from scratch.

Frequently asked questions
What kind of aprons hold up in a colour salon?
Darker, heavier fabrics — colour and bleach are unforgiving, and a light apron looks worn out in weeks. For branding, embroidery survives daily hot washing better than a print, though on a garment you expect to replace annually a print is a reasonable economy. We will suggest based on how long you want them to last.
Can you do frosted window vinyl for treatment rooms?
Yes. Frosted vinyl gives privacy while still letting daylight through, which is usually what a treatment room needs — solid blockout makes the space feel like a cupboard. It can also be cut with your logo or a pattern rather than applied as a plain band.
What should go on the salon window?
Your name, your hours and one line about what you specialise in. The mistake is listing every service in small type — nobody reads that at walking pace. For a plaza unit the window is functioning as your sign, so treat it with the same restraint you would a sign.
What stock should appointment cards be printed on?
Something with weight. An appointment card lives in a wallet for six weeks and gets pulled out repeatedly, and a thin card is dog-eared by week two. Soft-touch and matte finishes also write on better than gloss, which matters when a receptionist is handwriting the next booking.
Can you print labels for our retail products?
Yes — labels for bottles, jars, gift bags and packaging seals, on durable stocks and in any shape including die-cut. If you blend or repackage product, a proper label is the difference between reselling someone else's brand and building your own.
Is there a minimum order for staff shirts and aprons?
Embroidery has no hard minimum once your design is digitized, so single pieces for a new stylist are viable. Printed garments have no minimum on DTF. Small salons are a normal order size for us, not an inconvenience.
Can chair renters have their own name alongside the salon's?
Yes — a common setup is the salon brand embroidered as the main mark with the individual's name added below it. It keeps the space looking like one business while still giving each stylist their own identity, which is usually what makes chair renters happy to wear it at all.
