Frequently asked questions
Are your labels waterproof?
They can be. Paper stocks look great on dry goods, but for anything that sees condensation, a fridge, or a wipe-down we print on synthetic vinyl or polypropylene instead. Tell us where the label lives — a bottle in an ice bucket versus a box on a shelf — and we'll recommend the right stock.
Can you cut labels into a custom shape?
Yes. Beyond circles, ovals, squares, and rounded rectangles, we can die-cut a label that follows the outline of your logo or container. Send the shape you have in mind and we'll show it on the mockup with the cut line marked so there are no surprises.
What size should my bottle label be?
It depends on the bottle's diameter and the flat area between its curves. Measure the circumference and the straight height of the label panel, or simply tell us the exact bottle you're using and we'll work out a size that wraps without wrinkling.
Do you print labels on sheets or rolls?
Both. Cut sheets are easiest for hand-applying small batches, while rolls are what you want if you're feeding a label applicator. If you go with rolls, let us know your machine's core size and unwind direction.
Can you print ingredient lists and batch codes?
Yes — back labels with ingredients, net weight, and contact details are common, and we can add variable data like batch codes, lot numbers, or barcodes that change from label to label. You supply the wording and any regulatory text your product requires; we lay it out legibly and print it.
What file should I send?
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG) gives the sharpest edges and cleanest small text, which matters on labels where the type is tiny. A high-resolution PNG works too, and if all you have is a rough logo we can redraw it. We'll always tell you if a file won't hold up at label size before we print.
