How much does a custom logo cost?+
The Custom Logo Design service is a flat $49 CAD plus HST. That covers your design brief, your logo, and 5 rounds of revisions — there are no per-file charges and no subscription.
How long does it take?+
Most first designs are ready to review within 1-4 business days. Revisions are usually quicker. You'll get an email the moment there's something to look at.
What if I don't like the first design?+
Tell us what to change. Request Revisions from your account, describe what you'd like different — a simpler icon, a darker blue, different typography — and we'll rework it and send it back to you.
Do I own the logo?+
Yes. Once you approve your design, it's yours to use commercially — signage, apparel, business cards, vehicles, your website, anywhere you like.
Can you put the logo on shirts and signs afterwards?+
That's our day job. We're a full production house — apparel, embroidery, business cards, banners, vehicle graphics. Once your logo is approved, just ask and we'll quote whatever you want it printed on.
What do I need to send you?+
Just your business name and a few sentences about what you do. Colours, styles, symbols and reference images all help, but if you're not sure about any of it, say so — that's a perfectly good answer and we'll make the call for you.
