Custom T-Shirts & Printing for Bowmanville
We are an Ottawa print shop that ships a lot of work into Clarington. Bowmanville orders come from contractors, minor hockey parents, King Street shops and small businesses that want something better than an iron-on. Send your logo and we send back a free digital mockup on the real garment, or build it yourself in our free online studio and order in ten minutes. Screen printing, DTF, DTG, embroidery, vinyl and signage all happen in our own building, and a human designer checks every file before it hits the press.
Design it yourself in seconds — a real designer still reviews every order before it prints.
Custom printing built for Bowmanville.
Bowmanville's order mix is Clarington in miniature. The Darlington contractor ecosystem keeps us in embroidered polos, softshells and crew hoodies with a company mark on the chest and a name on the sleeve, and the subcontractors framing the new subdivisions off Liberty Street and up around Northglen want the same. Downtown King Street shops order staff tees and window decals, and Applefest and Maple Fest weekends put vendor and volunteer shirts on the whole street. Race weekends at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park mean crew shirts and hats. Clarington minor hockey, ringette and soccer families order bench jackets and tournament tees around the Garnet B. Rickard complex, and the farms and orchards toward Orono and Newcastle order market-stand gear.
Bowmanville leans industrial: embroidered workwear and logo hoodies for contractors and trades, plus bulk screen-printed tees for minor sports, downtown events and vendor booths.

Custom printing in Bowmanville — FAQ
How soon can you get shirts to Bowmanville?
Standard production is two to five business days once you have approved the mockup and paid, then one to two days in transit by courier from Ottawa. Rush is available on most apparel jobs if you are up against a tournament, a shutdown or an event weekend. We will not quote a guaranteed delivery date, because the courier is not ours to promise, but tell us the day you need it in hand and we will tell you honestly whether that is realistic before you order.
Is there a Bowmanville location I can drop into?
No. Our shop is in Ottawa and everything is printed there, so there is no counter in Bowmanville or anywhere else in Durham. In practice that costs you nothing. You send artwork or design it at yayaprints.ca/mockup-creator, we email a free mockup on the actual product, you approve it, and the finished order shows up at your door or your site trailer. Nothing goes on a press until you have seen it and said yes.
Can you put our company logo and each person's name on the same shirt?
Yes. Names, numbers, trade titles and department tags are routine. On workwear that usually means an embroidered logo on the left chest and a name stitched above the opposite pocket or on a sleeve. On tees and hoodies we can print names on the back. Give us a roster with exact spellings and sizes and we lay it out and mock up one of each variation so you can check spelling before it is stitched, which is the expensive moment to catch a typo.
Our logo only exists as a PDF from 2009. Is that a problem?
Probably not. Every file that comes in is reviewed by a real designer before it goes to press. They check resolution, colour, sizing and placement, then either fix the file or come back and tell you exactly what is wrong with it. Old vendor PDFs, a photo of a truck door, a website PNG, an AI-generated image, we have printed from all of it. When a logo is too far gone we redraw it as clean vector art so it prints sharp at any size, on a cap or on a banner.
Screen printing or DTF for a dozen shirts?
At a dozen, DTF is usually the better call. There is no screen setup, so a full-colour design costs the same as a one-colour one, and there is no minimum at all. Screen printing starts around six pieces but it earns its keep past roughly 24 to 50, where the per-shirt price drops hard. If you are printing a photo, a gradient or a busy multi-colour crest in a small run, DTF is the answer. Send the design and count and we will tell you which costs less.
Do I have to pay for the mockup or a setup fee first?
No. The digital mockup is free and it comes before any payment, rendered on the actual product you picked so you can judge print size and placement instead of guessing. Nothing prints until you approve it, and if you want changes we redo it. You can also skip the wait entirely and make your own at yayaprints.ca/mockup-creator, where the price updates as you change garment, colours and sizes, and you can order straight from the screen.
Design it yourself. A human designer still checks every order.
Our free studio gives you the price and the mockup in the browser. What it doesn't do is print your file blindly — every order is reviewed by a real designer before it reaches the press.
- Step 1You design it — free
Upload your logo, drop it on a real garment, set the size and placement, pick colours and quantities. No account, no deposit, no waiting on a reply.
- Step 2A human designer checks it
Before anything prints, one of our designers opens your file and checks resolution, colours, sizing and placement. If it won't print well, we fix it or tell you exactly what's wrong — a person, not an automated preflight.
- Step 3You approve, then we print
You get the corrected mockup back on the actual product. Nothing goes to press until you say yes — and it ships in 2–5 business days.
