How does shipping to Bradford work, and what does it cost?
Your order ships by courier from our Ottawa shop, and transit to Bradford is normally one to two days once production is finished. Production itself is two to five business days after you approve the mockup and pay. It depends on the garment, the number of ink colours and how many places you are printing, but a screen-printed tee usually runs about 12 to 18 dollars each at 50 pieces and drops under 10 each in the hundreds. That is where screen printing pulls away from every other method. Send the design, the quantity and the size breakdown and we come back with a real per-piece number and a free mockup, not a generic price list you have to decode.
Do you embroider hats, and does that work with a detailed logo?
We embroider caps, toques, polos, jackets and bags. Embroidery holds up better than print on gear worn daily in a yard or a field, and it does not crack or fade in the wash. The catch is fine detail: very thin lines and tiny text can blur in thread, especially across a curved cap front. That is exactly what our designer checks before anything runs, and if your logo needs simplifying to stitch cleanly we show you the adjusted version first and let you decide.
Nobody here is a designer. Can you fix our artwork?
That is normal, and it is covered. A real person reviews every order before it goes to press, checking resolution, colour, sizing and placement, then either repairing the file or telling you precisely what needs to change. It is not an automated preflight that spits out an error code. Send a phone screenshot, a logo pulled off your website, an old PDF or something an AI tool generated, and we clean it up or redraw it properly as vector art so it prints sharp.
Can we add more shirts partway through the season?
Yes. We keep your approved artwork, so a top-up is usually just a message telling us the sizes and the count. On screen printing the first run carries the setup, so repeats often come in a little cheaper per shirt. One thing worth knowing: blank stock and garment colours can change between runs, so if an exact match matters, order a few spares up front. If the exact blank you used is no longer available we will flag it rather than quietly substitute.
