Custom T-Shirts & Printing for Halton Hills
Georgetown, Acton, Glen Williams, Norval — we print for all of it. YAYA Prints is an Ottawa shop, so your Halton Hills order is made in-house by us and couriered to your door instead of jobbed out to a broker. Upload a logo and we send back a free digital mockup on the actual garment, or design the whole thing yourself in our free studio and watch the price change as you go. A real designer checks the file before it prints, every time.
Design it yourself in seconds — a real designer still reviews every order before it prints.
Custom printing built for Halton Hills.
Halton Hills orders split neatly between Georgetown and Acton. Main Street and Mill Street shops, cafes and salons order branded staff tees and embroidered aprons. The manufacturers and machine shops in the industrial pockets off Guelph Street and out toward the 401 corridor order embroidered work polos and hoodies with names on the chest. Community theatre in Georgetown orders cast and crew shirts, and Acton's Leathertown weekend puts volunteer tees on a lot of people. Minor hockey, lacrosse and soccer families order bench jackets and tournament shirts around the Mold-Masters SportsPlex and the Acton arena, and the landscapers, roofers and electricians who leave town at 6 a.m. want gear their crews will actually keep wearing.
Halton Hills manufacturers and trades order embroidered work polos and jackets, while Main Street shops, theatre groups and minor sports lean on short-run screen-printed tees and hoodies.

Custom printing in Halton Hills — FAQ
Where are you actually located, and does that matter for a Georgetown order?
We are in Ottawa. There is no Halton Hills storefront and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What it means in practice is that the whole job stays in one building instead of being brokered out: printing, embroidery and packing all happen at our shop, then a courier brings it to Georgetown or Acton, usually one to two days after it leaves us. You approve a free mockup on screen before we print a thing, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
What does a run of 50 t-shirts usually cost?
For a standard screen-printed tee at 50 pieces, most jobs land somewhere around 12 to 18 dollars each, depending on the garment, how many ink colours you want and how many print locations. Get into the hundreds and it usually drops under 10. Extra colours, sleeve prints and premium blanks push it up; a one-colour front print on a basic tee sits at the low end. Send the design and quantity and we will give you a real number rather than a rate card.
Can I design it myself instead of emailing back and forth?
Yes, that is what yayaprints.ca/mockup-creator is for. Upload your logo, drop it on a real garment, add print-quality text, pick colours and sizes, and the price updates as you change things. When you are happy you can order right there. No account, no deposit, no phone call. A designer still reviews the file afterward, so if your logo is too small or too low-resolution to print cleanly you hear about it before it goes to press, not after it is on 60 shirts.
We have a show date. How much lead time do you need?
Standard production is two to five business days after you approve the mockup and pay, plus one to two days in transit to Halton Hills. So for a Georgetown theatre opening, a tournament or a store event, a week and a half of runway is comfortable. We can rush most apparel jobs if you are tighter than that. Tell us the date it needs to be in your hands and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it, before you order anything.
Can we reorder the same design next season?
Yes, and it is easier the second time. We keep your approved artwork on file, so a reorder is usually just a message with sizes and quantity. Screen printing carries its setup in the first run, so repeats often come in a bit cheaper. If you want to change a year, a sponsor or a roster name, send the change and we send a fresh mockup before anything prints. A designer checks the updated file the same way as the original, so a new name does not sneak through misspelled.
Do you do signs and vehicle lettering too, or only clothing?
Both. Alongside apparel we do signs and banners, decals and vehicle graphics, plus laser engraving for things like awards and tags. That is handy if you are a Halton Hills contractor who wants embroidered polos, a jobsite banner and truck lettering that all match. Same process either way: send the artwork or just your idea, we send a mockup, and a real designer sizes everything properly for the surface it is going on before production starts.
Design it yourself. A human designer still checks every order.
Our free studio gives you the price and the mockup in the browser. What it doesn't do is print your file blindly — every order is reviewed by a real designer before it reaches the press.
- Step 1You design it — free
Upload your logo, drop it on a real garment, set the size and placement, pick colours and quantities. No account, no deposit, no waiting on a reply.
- Step 2A human designer checks it
Before anything prints, one of our designers opens your file and checks resolution, colours, sizing and placement. If it won't print well, we fix it or tell you exactly what's wrong — a person, not an automated preflight.
- Step 3You approve, then we print
You get the corrected mockup back on the actual product. Nothing goes to press until you say yes — and it ships in 2–5 business days.
