Do you have a shop in Aurora, or is this all online?
There is no Aurora storefront, and we will not pretend otherwise. We print in-house in Ottawa and ship to Aurora by courier, usually one to two days once your order comes off the press. Everything else happens online: you send artwork or build it at yayaprints.ca/mockup-creator, we send back a free digital mockup on the actual garment you picked, and nothing prints until you approve it. Can you print just one shirt, or is there a minimum?
One is fine. DTF and DTG have no minimum at all, so a single birthday shirt, a sample before you commit the whole team, or a one-off gift is a normal order here. Screen printing is different — it starts around six pieces because of the setup, and the per-shirt price really starts moving once you are past 24 to 50. If you are not sure which method suits your art and your quantity, send us the design and we will tell you which one we would use and why.
What does a screen-printed tee actually cost for an Aurora team?
It depends on the garment, the number of ink colours and how many you order, so we quote rather than publish a rate card. As a rough guide, a screen-printed tee usually lands somewhere around 12 to 18 dollars each at 50 pieces, and under 10 each once you are into the hundreds. Hoodies and embroidery sit higher. My logo is a screenshot off our website. Can you still use it?
Usually, yes. Every order is reviewed by a human designer before it goes to press, not by an automated preflight. A real person checks resolution, colour, sizing and placement, then either fixes the file or tells you exactly what is wrong with it and what we need instead. Phone photos, website PNGs, PDFs, old business cards and AI-generated images all come through here regularly, and we clean them up or redraw them as proper vector art. You will see the result on your mockup before you approve anything.
How long from order to boxes at our door in Aurora?
Standard production is two to five business days after you approve the mockup and pay, then one to two days in transit from Ottawa by courier. Rush is available on most apparel jobs. We do not promise a delivery date we cannot control, so tell us your in-hands date up front — a tournament weekend at the Sports Dome, a grad, a Chamber Street Festival booth — and we will tell you honestly whether it is doable before you spend anything.
