Custom T-Shirts & Printing in Châteauguay
We're YAYA Prints, a print shop in Ottawa that does a lot of work for Châteauguay businesses, clubs and schools and ships it out by courier. Screen printing, DTF, DTG, embroidery, vinyl, engraving and signage are all in house, and we serve customers in French or English, whichever you'd rather work in. You'll get a free digital mockup on the real product before you pay anything, and a human designer checks every file before it goes to press. If the design isn't drawn yet, our free studio will help you build it.
Design it yourself in seconds — a real designer still reviews every order before it prints.
Custom printing built for Châteauguay.
Châteauguay sits between the river and Kahnawake, and the work we get from it reflects a genuinely bilingual town. Manufacturers and trades order embroidered workwear, hi-vis tees and safety gear, while retailers, clinics and restaurants along boulevard Saint-Jean-Baptiste and boulevard d'Anjou order staff shirts and window graphics. Minor hockey and soccer clubs order numbered jerseys and bench hoodies, and community groups running summer events near Parc de la Commune and Île Saint-Bernard order volunteer tees and banners. English-language and French-language schools both send us grad and spirit wear, sometimes with both languages on the same shirt — which is a real layout problem, and one a human designer sorts out with you before anything prints.
Châteauguay tends to order embroidered workwear and staff polos for its manufacturers and trades, plus bulk screen-printed tees and numbered jerseys for minor hockey, schools and community events.
Every custom-printing service, one shop.

Custom printing in Châteauguay — FAQ
Can we deal with you in English, or French, or both?
Either, and both on the same order. Châteauguay is genuinely bilingual and plenty of the work we do for it is too — an English version and a French version, or both languages on one shirt. We serve customers in French or English, and French copy is set with proper accented characters rather than stripped-down substitutes. If a bilingual layout is getting crowded on a left chest or a cap panel, our designer will show you a version that actually reads at print size and let you pick.
Do you have a shop on boulevard Saint-Jean-Baptiste or anywhere in Châteauguay?
No. We print in our own shop in Ottawa, Ontario, and ship to Châteauguay by courier — there's no storefront here to visit, and we'd rather say that plainly. The ordering happens online instead: send your artwork or design it in our free studio, get a free digital mockup on the real product, approve it, and then we print. Nothing goes to press before you sign off. For anything you'd rather ask a person, 613-666-9292 and order@yayaprints.ca both reach one.
We have a hockey tournament coming up. How quickly can you turn jerseys around?
Standard production is two to five business days after you approve the mockup and pay, plus one to two days in transit from Ottawa. Rush is available on most apparel jobs. We won't promise a delivery date — nobody honest can promise what a courier does on a given Tuesday — but tell us the date the team needs them in hand and we'll say straight out whether it's doable. Names and numbers add handling, so build in an extra day when the roster is personalised.
Should our logo be embroidered or printed?
It depends on the garment and the artwork. Embroidery suits polos, caps, fleece and softshells, and it outlasts print on workwear — but very fine detail and thin text don't stitch cleanly. Screen printing and DTF are better for large front graphics, gradients and full-colour art, and DTF has no minimum at all. Send us your logo and tell us what garment you're picturing, and we'll tell you which method will actually look right instead of just quoting whatever you asked for.
Can I design something myself without calling anyone?
Yes. yayaprints.ca/mockup-creator is free and open to anyone — upload a logo, place it on a real garment, add print-quality text, pick your colours and sizes, and see the price change as you go. No account, no deposit, no phone call, and you can order straight from the studio when you're happy with it. Behind the scenes a real designer still reviews the file for resolution, colour and placement before we print, so ordering online never means nobody looked at your artwork.
What's the smallest run you'll take for a small Châteauguay business?
One piece, if that's what you need. DTF and DTG have no minimum, so a single shirt for a new hire or five aprons for a small restaurant is a perfectly normal order here. Screen printing starts around six pieces and gets meaningfully cheaper past roughly 24 to 50, so if you're anywhere near that number it's worth asking us to price it both ways. We'll tell you which one is cheaper for your quantity instead of steering you toward a bigger order.
Design it yourself. A human designer still checks every order.
Our free studio gives you the price and the mockup in the browser. What it doesn't do is print your file blindly — every order is reviewed by a real designer before it reaches the press.
- Step 1You design it — free
Upload your logo, drop it on a real garment, set the size and placement, pick colours and quantities. No account, no deposit, no waiting on a reply.
- Step 2A human designer checks it
Before anything prints, one of our designers opens your file and checks resolution, colours, sizing and placement. If it won't print well, we fix it or tell you exactly what's wrong — a person, not an automated preflight.
- Step 3You approve, then we print
You get the corrected mockup back on the actual product. Nothing goes to press until you say yes — and it ships in 2–5 business days.
