A person does. Every order is reviewed by a human designer before it goes to press — not an automated preflight that waves through anything above a certain file size. Someone looks at resolution, colour, sizing and placement, and either fixes the file or tells you exactly what is wrong with it. On a run of 200 jackets that is the difference between a logo that sits slightly off-centre on all of them and one that doesn't. You approve the corrected version on your mockup first.
Is there any customs or duty on an order shipped to Quebec?
None. We print in Ottawa, Ontario, so your order never crosses a border — no customs hold, no duty, no brokerage fee and no surprise charge at the door. It's a domestic courier shipment from one province to the next, usually one to two days in transit once production is done. It also means we're in your time zone during your business hours, which matters more than it sounds when a deadline shifts and you need an answer that same afternoon.
Our company operates in French. Can you work that way?
Yes. We serve customers in French or English, and most Boucherville business reaches us in French — quotes, proofs and artwork notes all work either way.
