Custom T-Shirts & Printing in Repentigny

We're YAYA Prints, an Ottawa shop that prints custom apparel, signs and promo gear in house and ships it down the 40 to Repentigny. Whether it's twelve staff polos for a shop on boulevard Iberville or 200 tees for a community event, you'll see a free digital mockup on the real product before you pay a cent. Design it yourself at yayaprints.ca/mockup-creator and watch the price update as you go, or send us a logo and a quantity and we'll quote it. We work in French or English.

Design it yourself in seconds — a real designer still reviews every order before it prints.

Greater Montreal

Custom printing built for Repentigny.

Repentigny is a commuter city with an economy of its own, and we print for both sides of it. Retailers, clinics and restaurants along boulevard Iberville and boulevard Brien order staff shirts, aprons and embroidered polos, while the trades and small manufacturers near the autoroute 40 interchange order hi-vis, workwear and truck lettering. Sports and community associations across Repentigny and Le Gardeur send us team lists for numbered hockey, soccer and baseball gear, and volunteer crews order event tees for summer programming at Parc de l'Île-Lebel and along the Saint Lawrence bike path. Arts groups heading to the Centre d'art Diane-Dufresne or the Théâtre Hector-Charland in nearby L'Assomption order short runs of crew shirts and totes.

Repentigny mostly orders embroidered staff polos and workwear for retail and trades, plus bulk screen-printed tees and numbered team gear for its sports and community associations.

Custom printing in Repentigny — FAQ

How does shipping to Repentigny work, and what does it cost?

We print in Ottawa and ship by courier, so your order usually spends one to two days on the road after it leaves us. Shipping is quoted with your order instead of being buried in the shirt price, and on a bigger run it's a small share of the total. Everything is printed in Ontario, so there's no border crossing, no customs hold and no duty to deal with. If it's simpler for you, we'll send one box to a single address for the whole team and you can sort sizes out there.

Do you have a storefront in Repentigny?

No. YAYA Prints is an Ottawa shop, and we don't have a location in Repentigny or anywhere else in Lanaudière — we ship. In practice that changes very little: you send your art or build it in our free studio, we send back a free digital mockup on the actual product, you approve it, then we print and ship. Nothing goes to press before you sign off. If you want to talk to somebody first, call 613-666-9292 or write to order@yayaprints.ca, in French or English.

My logo is a low-resolution file pulled off our website. Can you still use it?

Usually, yes — send it anyway. Every order is reviewed by a human designer before it goes to press, not an automated preflight. A real person checks resolution, colour, sizing and placement, then either fixes the file or tells you exactly what is wrong with it. Phone screenshots, website PNGs, PDFs and AI-generated images all come through here regularly, and we clean them up or redraw them as vector art so the edges stay sharp at print size. You see the result on your mockup before you pay.

What do custom t-shirts actually cost for a Repentigny group of 50?

For screen printing, a printed tee at 50 pieces usually lands somewhere around 12 to 18 dollars each, depending on the garment, how many colours are in the design and how many print locations you want. Order in the hundreds and it typically drops under 10 dollars each. Those are ranges rather than a rate card — the garment you pick moves the number more than the printing does. Send the design and the quantity and you'll get an exact price alongside your free mockup.

We ordered last season. Can we run the same shirts again?

Yes, and it's faster the second time. We keep your approved artwork on file, so a reorder is usually a matter of confirming sizes and quantities rather than starting over. Screen printing does vary a little between runs and garment dye lots shift slightly, so if exact colour matching matters we'll say so up front. If you want to change a year, add a sponsor or swap a roster name, send the update and we'll show you a fresh mockup before anything prints.

Pouvez-vous travailler en français?

Oui. We serve customers in French or English, whichever you're comfortable with — quotes, proofs, artwork notes and questions about sizing all work either way. Most of the files that reach us from Repentigny are in French, so accented characters and longer French words are handled properly in the layout instead of being squeezed or clipped to fit. If a line doesn't fit the print area at the size you chose, our designer tells you before we print, not after the box arrives.

How ordering works

Design it yourself. A human designer still checks every order.

Our free studio gives you the price and the mockup in the browser. What it doesn't do is print your file blindly — every order is reviewed by a real designer before it reaches the press.

  1. Step 1
    You design it — free

Upload your logo, drop it on a real garment, set the size and placement, pick colours and quantities. No account, no deposit, no waiting on a reply.

  2. Step 2
    A human designer checks it

Before anything prints, one of our designers opens your file and checks resolution, colours, sizing and placement. If it won't print well, we fix it or tell you exactly what's wrong — a person, not an automated preflight.

  3. Step 3
    You approve, then we print

You get the corrected mockup back on the actual product. Nothing goes to press until you say yes — and it ships in 2–5 business days.

Repentigny, let's make
something custom.

Design it yourself in our free studio and see the price as you go — or send your artwork and quantity and we'll come back with a free mockup, usually the same business day.

Either way, a real designer reviews your file before anything prints.
