How long does an order take to reach Quebec City?
Standard production is 2 to 5 business days after you approve the mockup and pay, then one to two days in transit by courier from Ottawa. We won't hand you a guaranteed delivery date, because the last leg isn't ours to promise, but we will tell you honestly whether your date is realistic before you order. Rush is available on most apparel jobs. If you need shirts for a Festival d'Été weekend or a Carnaval booth, give us the in-hands date first and we'll work backwards from it.
Can we deal with you in French, and will French text print correctly?
Yes on both counts. We serve customers in French or English by phone and email, and French copy is no trouble in artwork: accented characters, cedillas and the longer French words that break a tight layout all get handled properly. If a line of French runs wider than the print area, our designer resizes or re-sets it rather than squashing the type, and shows you the fix in the mockup. Bilingual jobs with French on one side and English on the other are routine here, and so are French names on the back of a team shirt.
Do I have to order a whole box, or can you print one shirt?
One is fine. DTF and DTG have no minimum at all, so a single tee for a birthday, a prototype for a client pitch, or two staff shirts for a new hire are all normal orders. Screen printing starts around 6 pieces because there's a screen to make, and it becomes the best value past roughly 24 to 50. Embroidery works in small counts too. Tell us the quantity and we'll tell you which method actually costs you least, even when that means talking you out of screens.
What does a big screen-printed tee order cost for a Quebec City event?
Ranges only, because the garment, the ink colours and the number of print locations all move the number. At 50 pieces a one or two colour screen-printed tee usually lands somewhere around $12 to $18 each in Canadian dollars, and in the hundreds it typically drops under $10.
