Custom T-Shirts & Printing in Guelph

We're a print shop in Ottawa that ships to Guelph week in and week out: staff shirts, team kit, event tees, embroidered hats, banners. You'll get a free digital mockup on the real garment before you pay, and a real designer looks at your file rather than an automated preflight. If you'd rather see the price move as you build it, our free studio at yayaprints.ca/mockup-creator lets you do the whole thing yourself. There's no Guelph storefront and never has been. Everything is printed here in Ontario and couriered to you.

Design it yourself in seconds — a real designer still reviews every order before it prints.

Hamilton, Waterloo Region & Southern Ontario

Custom printing built for Guelph.

Guelph sends us a particular mix. University of Guelph clubs, ag and vet science societies, residence teams and orientation crews order shirts by the hundred, while the food and agri-tech companies out around the Hanlon Creek Business Park order polos and jackets for trade shows. Guelph has been a brewing town a long while, and the craft breweries and the restaurants along Wyndham and Macdonell order staff tees, aprons and merch to sell over the bar. Farm and equipment businesses in the surrounding townships order embroidered work shirts and hats. Storm fans and minor hockey associations order bench gear, and the city's thick network of environmental groups, co-ops and community organisations orders volunteer shirts and event banners, usually on a budget.

Guelph splits between campus and community: bulk screen-printed tees for student groups and non-profits, embroidered polos and hats for agri-food businesses and trades.

Custom printing in Guelph — FAQ

Do you have a shop on Wyndham Street or anywhere in Guelph?

No, and we're not going to imply otherwise. YAYA Prints prints in Ottawa and ships to Guelph. There's no downtown storefront and no Stone Road counter. What replaces walking in is a free digital mockup: you send artwork and a quantity, or build it yourself in our studio, and you see the design on the actual garment before paying anything. Once you approve it, the job prints and goes on a courier, normally two to five business days in production and a day or two in transit. Call 613-666-9292 if you'd rather talk it through.

We're a non-profit with a small budget. What's the cheapest way to do this?

Order more at once and keep the design simple. Screen printing at 50 pieces runs roughly 12 to 18 dollars a tee and drops under 10 in the hundreds, so one bigger run beats three small ones. A single ink colour on a lighter garment costs less than a full-colour print on black. One print location instead of two saves again. If your quantity is genuinely small, DTF has no minimum and no setup cost, so ten volunteer shirts is a real option. Send us the budget and the headcount and we'll tell you what fits instead of upselling you.

We reorder the same shirts every season. Is that easy?

Yes. We keep your approved artwork and the setup details from the previous run, so a reorder is usually just you telling us sizes and counts. Same file, same placement, same garment where it's still available. If a garment or a colour has been discontinued by the supplier, we tell you and suggest the closest match rather than swapping it quietly and letting you find out when the box lands. A designer still gives the file a look each time. Email order@yayaprints.ca with roughly when you ordered last and what you need now.

Is everything actually printed in Canada?

Yes. Everything is printed in our own shop in Ottawa, Ontario. Nothing is sent offshore and nothing crosses a border, so there are no customs holds, no duties and no brokerage fees turning up after the fact. Shipping to Guelph is domestic courier, normally a day or two once the order is produced. It also means that when something needs sorting out you're talking to the people who actually ran the job, in your own time zone, rather than a support queue on the other side of the world. 613-666-9292 reaches the shop.

Can you turn an AI-generated image into something printable?

Often, yes. A human designer reviews every file before it goes to press, and AI images are one of the things we handle most. They tend to arrive at screen resolution with soft edges and text that's almost, but not quite, letters. We'll clean it up, redraw it as vector art where that's what it needs, or tell you plainly that this particular image won't print well and what to send instead. Phone screenshots, website PNGs and PDFs get the same treatment. It's a person looking at it, not an automated preflight.

Can you do names and numbers on team jerseys?

Yes. Names and numbers are usually vinyl or heat transfer, which is built for one-off personalisation without a setup cost per name. Team logo screen printed or DTF on the front, individual name and number applied afterwards, is the standard build for a rec-league or minor hockey order. Send the roster as a plain list with sizes and numbers and we'll lay it out on the mockup so you can proof the spelling before anything is applied. Misspelled names are the one mistake that can't be undone later, so check that list carefully.

How ordering works

Design it yourself. A human designer still checks every order.

Our free studio gives you the price and the mockup in the browser. What it doesn't do is print your file blindly — every order is reviewed by a real designer before it reaches the press.

  1. Step 1
    You design it — free

Upload your logo, drop it on a real garment, set the size and placement, pick colours and quantities. No account, no deposit, no waiting on a reply.

  2. Step 2
    A human designer checks it

Before anything prints, one of our designers opens your file and checks resolution, colours, sizing and placement. If it won't print well, we fix it or tell you exactly what's wrong — a person, not an automated preflight.

  3. Step 3
    You approve, then we print

You get the corrected mockup back on the actual product. Nothing goes to press until you say yes — and it ships in 2–5 business days.

Guelph, let's make
something custom.

Design it yourself in our free studio and see the price as you go — or send your artwork and quantity and we'll come back with a free mockup, usually the same business day.

Either way, a real designer reviews your file before anything prints.
