We need embroidered workwear, not printed tees. Do you do that?
Yes, and it is a big part of what we send to Stouffville. Who actually checks the artwork before it prints?
A human designer, on every order, before it goes to press. That means a real person opening your file and looking at resolution, colour, sizing and placement, then either repairing it or telling you plainly what is wrong and what we need instead. It is not an automated preflight that spits back a warning code. A phone screenshot, a PNG pulled off your website, a PDF from an old sign job or an AI-generated image can all be worked with — we clean them up or redraw them as vector art, and show you the result on your mockup.
We only need eight hoodies for the crew. Is that worth doing?
Completely normal here. DTF and DTG carry no minimum at all, so eight hoodies, or one, is a real order and not a favour. Screen printing kicks in around six pieces and gets meaningfully cheaper past 24 to 50, so for a crew of eight we would usually quote DTF for a full-colour design, or embroidery if you want the logo to survive a few work seasons.
