Your approved design is stitched in our Ottawa shop, then each jacket is checked for thread quality, alignment, and the right size run.

Frequently asked questions
Should a jacket logo be embroidered or printed?
Embroidery is the usual choice for outerwear. Heavy shell fabrics and fleece have texture and loft that printed transfers struggle to bond to, while stitching sits in the fabric and survives winter wear and washing. If your design has photographic detail or heavy colour blends, we'll talk through appliqué or a transfer instead.
What kind of jackets can you brand?
Softshells, windbreakers, fleece and full-zip mid-layers, bombers, and insulated canvas work jackets. If you already have a brand or style in mind we can usually source it; if not, tell us how the jacket will be used — jobsite, office, or outdoor events — and we'll suggest options that suit an Ottawa winter.
Can each jacket have a different name on it?
Yes. Individual staff or player names are a common add-on, usually stitched on the right chest opposite the company logo, or across the back. Send us the name list with the size for each person and we'll set it up.
Where should the logo go on a jacket?
Left chest is the standard for a clean, professional look, and it stays visible whether the jacket is zipped or open. A larger back logo reads from a distance, which helps on jobsites and at events. Sleeve and collar placements work well as a secondary mark.
Do I need a vector file for embroidery?
It helps, but it isn't essential. Embroidery runs from a digitized stitch file, which we create from your artwork — a clean vector or a high-resolution image both work. Very fine text and thin lines don't always translate to thread, so we'll flag anything that needs adjusting before we stitch.
Can you supply just a few jackets, or only large orders?
We handle both small staff runs and larger company orders. Because setup for embroidery is a one-time cost per design, the per-jacket price drops as the quantity goes up. Send us your quantity and jacket style for an exact quote.
