Can you print down the sleeve?
Yes — sleeve prints are one of the main reasons people choose a long sleeve over a tee. We can run artwork down the arm, wrap a small mark near the cuff, or add a subtle logo at the shoulder. Sleeve printing is handled separately from the chest, so tell us every location you want and we'll price it all in one quote.
Which is better for long sleeves — screen printing or DTF?
Screen printing suits larger runs with a few solid colours and gives the most durable, opaque result. DTF handles full-colour and photographic artwork with no per-colour setup, which makes it the practical pick for smaller batches. Send us your design and quantity and we'll tell you which method fits your job.
Can I embroider a long-sleeve shirt?
Yes. Embroidery works well on the left chest and on the sleeve, and it gives staff long sleeves a more finished, uniform look. Very fine lines and tiny text do not stitch cleanly, so we'll flag anything in your logo that needs simplifying before we run it.
What long-sleeve styles do you carry?
We stock lighter cotton long-sleeve tees for layering and events, heavier ring-spun and cotton-poly blends for work and cold weather, plus hooded long sleeves. Tell us how the shirts will be worn and we'll suggest blanks that suit the job.
Can everyone get a different size?
Yes — one design can run across a full size range in a single order, and we sort and label the shirts by size for pickup. Just send your size breakdown along with the artwork.
Do you print small orders of long sleeves?
We do. DTF makes short runs practical without screen setup costs, so a handful of shirts for a small team or a one-off event is no problem. Send your quantity for an exact quote.
