Custom T-Shirts & Printing in Saint-Jérôme

We're an Ottawa print shop, and we ship a steady stream of custom apparel, workwear and signage up the 15 to Saint-Jérôme and the rest of the Laurentides. Screen printing, DTF, DTG, embroidery, vinyl and engraving happen under one roof here, so a single order can cover the crew, the trucks and the front window. You'll see a free digital mockup on the real product before you pay, and a real designer reviews your file before we print. On vous sert en français ou en anglais.

Design it yourself in seconds — a real designer still reviews every order before it prints.

Greater Montreal

Custom printing built for Saint-Jérôme.

Saint-Jérôme is the gateway to the Laurentides, and its orders swing with the seasons. Contractors, roofers and cottage builders serving the ski country north of the autoroute 15 order embroidered workwear, hi-vis and truck lettering, while manufacturers and shops in town order staff uniforms and safety gear. Student associations and sports teams at the Cégep de Saint-Jérôme and the UQO campus order hoodies and event tees, and hospital and clinic teams order embroidered polos and fleece. Businesses along rue Labelle and around the Place de la Gare order window graphics and A-frame signs, and outfitters, cycling clubs and event crews on the P'tit Train du Nord order jerseys, volunteer shirts and banners. Most of that artwork arrives in French.

Saint-Jérôme leans on embroidered workwear and hi-vis for construction and manufacturing, with student, hospital and event groups ordering screen-printed hoodies and tees in bulk.

Custom printing in Saint-Jérôme — FAQ

Will you print just one or two shirts?

Yes. DTF and DTG have no minimum, so one shirt is a real order — a single staff tee, a one-off gift, or a sample before you commit to a full run. Screen printing starts around six pieces and becomes the cheaper route past roughly 24 to 50, because the setup gets shared across the run. If you're not sure which way to go, send us the design and the number you actually need and we'll price it both ways rather than guessing on your behalf.

Is there somewhere in Saint-Jérôme I can drop off artwork in person?

No — our shop is in Ottawa, Ontario, and we ship to the Laurentides by courier. There's no counter in Saint-Jérôme to visit, and we'd rather say that plainly than imply otherwise. Artwork comes in by email or through our free studio, you get a free digital mockup on the actual garment, and nothing prints until you approve it. Questions go to 613-666-9292 or order@yayaprints.ca, and we'll answer in French or English, whichever suits you.

Can you handle a seasonal rush before ski season or a summer event?

Usually, yes, and it's worth asking early. Standard production is two to five business days after approval and payment, then one to two days in transit. Rush is available on most apparel jobs. We don't promise delivery dates, but if you tell us your in-hands date we'll tell you honestly whether it's realistic and which garment choices keep it that way. Outfitters and event crews in the Laurentides tend to book their runs a few weeks ahead of the season for exactly that reason.

All I have is a screenshot of our logo on my phone. Is that enough?

Often it is — send it and let us look. Every order is reviewed by a human designer before it goes to press, and a real person checks resolution, colour, sizing and placement instead of an automated preflight waving it through. Phone screenshots, website PNGs, PDFs and AI-generated images arrive here constantly, and we clean them up or redraw them as vector art so the edges hold at print size. If a file genuinely can't be saved, we'll tell you exactly why rather than printing something blurry.

Nos textes sont en français. Est-ce un problème?

Not at all. We serve customers in French or English, and French artwork is completely routine here — accented characters get set properly, and longer French words get the layout attention they need instead of being shrunk until nobody can read them. Send your copy the way you want it to appear and we'll show you exactly how it sits on the garment in your free mockup. If a line doesn't fit a chest print or a cap front, our designer flags it before we print, not after.

What's the fastest way to get a price for a student association order?

Build it yourself. yayaprints.ca/mockup-creator is free — upload your logo, put it on a real garment, add print-quality text, choose colours and sizes, and the price updates as you change the quantity. No account, no deposit and no phone call, and you can order straight from the studio. If the design needs more work than that, email order@yayaprints.ca with your quantity and we'll come back with a mockup and a price you can take to your committee.

How ordering works

Design it yourself. A human designer still checks every order.

Our free studio gives you the price and the mockup in the browser. What it doesn't do is print your file blindly — every order is reviewed by a real designer before it reaches the press.

  1. Step 1
    You design it — free

Upload your logo, drop it on a real garment, set the size and placement, pick colours and quantities. No account, no deposit, no waiting on a reply.

  2. Step 2
    A human designer checks it

Before anything prints, one of our designers opens your file and checks resolution, colours, sizing and placement. If it won't print well, we fix it or tell you exactly what's wrong — a person, not an automated preflight.

  3. Step 3
    You approve, then we print

You get the corrected mockup back on the actual product. Nothing goes to press until you say yes — and it ships in 2–5 business days.

Saint-Jérôme, let's make
something custom.

Design it yourself in our free studio and see the price as you go — or send your artwork and quantity and we'll come back with a free mockup, usually the same business day.

Either way, a real designer reviews your file before anything prints.
