What we offer

Folded print that carries the whole pitch.

📄
Tri-fold brochures

The classic six-panel letter fold that slips into a rack or an envelope. Ideal when you have services, pricing tiers, and contact info to cover in one piece.

📖
Bi-fold & half-fold

A four-panel fold with bigger surfaces — good for photo-led work like real estate, venues, and menus where the images do the selling.

🎨
Panel layout & design

Send raw text and a logo and we'll map it across the panels so nothing important lands in a fold or gets cut off.

📐
Scored, clean folds

We score before folding so coated stock creases sharp instead of cracking along the spine.

Stock & finish choices

Gloss, matte, or uncoated stock in a few weights — matte if people will write on it, gloss if you want the photos to pop.

🔁
Easy reprints

We keep your artwork on file, so updating a phone number or a season's offerings doesn't mean rebuilding the layout.

Artwork & files

Send whatever you have — we'll get it print-ready.

A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) or a high-resolution PNG works best, but a rough logo is fine to start — we'll tell you exactly what we need. Not sure if your file will print sharp? Read PNG vs vector for printing and how to prepare your logo files, or let our logo vectorization service redraw it for you.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between a tri-fold and a bi-fold brochure?

A tri-fold folds a sheet into three sections, giving you six panels to work with — it's the standard rack brochure. A bi-fold folds once down the middle for four larger panels, which suits photo-heavy pieces. If you're not sure, tell us roughly how much text and how many images you have and we'll recommend the fold that fits.

Can you design the brochure if I only have text and a logo?

Yes. Send your copy in whatever form it's in — a document, an email, even notes — along with your logo and any photos. We'll organize it across the panels so the cover grabs attention and the inside spread reads in a logical order, then show you a mockup before anything prints.

What size are brochures usually printed at?

Most brochures start as an 8.5×11 sheet folded into three, which fits standard racks and a #10 envelope. We also print 8.5×14 and 11×17 flat sizes when you need more room. If the brochure has to sit in a specific display stand, measure the slot and we'll size to it.

Should I choose gloss or matte stock?

Gloss makes photos and colour look richer, which works well for real estate, travel, and food. Matte and uncoated are easier to read under bright light and take pen ink, so they're better if staff will write notes or fill in details by hand. We can show you samples of both.

How do I keep text from being cut off at the folds?

Keep important copy away from the fold lines and the trimmed edges, and let backgrounds or photos run past the edge as bleed. If you send us a print-ready file we'll check the fold positions before printing; if you send raw content, we handle the spacing for you.

Can I order a small quantity to test the design?

Yes — plenty of Ottawa businesses print a smaller first run to test the copy at an event, then reorder once it's proven. Keep in mind the per-piece cost drops as quantities go up, so send both the test quantity and the likely reorder quantity and we'll quote each.
