What poster sizes can you print?
We print everything from small handbill-style posters up to large statement pieces, in both portrait and landscape. If you're working to a frame, a window, or a venue's poster board, send us those measurements and we'll set the file to fit exactly. When you're unsure, tell us where it's going and how far away people will read it from — that usually settles the size.
Which paper stock should I choose?
Matte is the safe pick for indoor spaces with bright or overhead lighting because it cuts glare and keeps text legible. Gloss gives photos and saturated colours more punch, which suits event and retail posters. Heavier stock resists curling and looks better when the poster hangs unframed — we'll recommend a stock once we know where it's going.
Can you design the poster for me?
Yes. Send the headline, dates, details, your logo, and any images you want used, and we'll lay out a readable poster with a clear visual hierarchy. You'll see a free mockup and can ask for changes before we print anything.
What file should I send?
A print-ready PDF at the final poster size is ideal, with important text kept away from the trim edge. High-resolution images also work — low-res files pulled from social media tend to look soft once blown up to poster scale. If your file isn't quite right, we'll tell you what to change instead of printing something blurry.
Do you print posters for outdoor use?
Standard poster paper is made for indoor walls, windows, and boards. If your poster needs to survive Ottawa weather, we'd steer you toward a weather-rated option like a coroplast sign or a vinyl banner instead — tell us where it'll live and we'll quote the right material.
Can I order just a few posters, or a large run?
Both. Short runs work well for a one-off event or a single storefront, and larger runs bring the per-poster cost down when you're covering multiple venues or neighbourhoods. Send your quantity and size for an exact quote, and let us know your deadline while you're at it.
