Menus Your Guests
Actually Want to Hold.
Dine-in, takeout, wine lists, and wipe-clean laminated menus for Ottawa restaurants, cafes, and food trucks. We keep your layout on file, so swapping a price or adding a special is a quick reprint instead of a redesign.

Every menu on your floor, printed properly.
Single-page, folded, or multi-panel menus on heavier stock that survives being handled table after table. Matte or gloss finish, your choice.
Lightweight fold-out menus built to slip into a bag or a mailbox. Room for your phone number, hours, and delivery zone on the back panel.
Sealed menus you can wipe down between guests without the corners curling or the ink lifting. Ideal for busy rooms and patios.
Narrow tall formats, bar-top cards, and cocktail lists sized to sit beside a place setting instead of crowding it.
A slim insert for seasonal specials or a soup of the day lets you change one sheet instead of reprinting the whole menu.
We hold your print-ready file, so when costs shift you send the new numbers and we run the same menu again.

Send whatever you have — we'll get it print-ready.
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) or a high-resolution PNG works best, but a rough logo is fine to start — we'll tell you exactly what we need. Not sure if your file will print sharp? Read PNG vs vector for printing and how to prepare your logo files, or let our logo vectorization service redraw it for you.

Frequently asked questions
Should my menus be laminated?
Laminate if your menus get handled every service and need wiping down between guests — it seals the surface so spills and fingerprints come off. If you change prices or dishes often, an unlaminated menu on a solid stock is easier to justify reprinting. Tell us how often your menu changes and we'll recommend which way to go.
Can you design the menu, or do I need a file ready?
Either works. If you have a designed file we'll print from it; if all you have is a list of dishes and prices, we'll lay it out cleanly with your logo and colours. You'll see a mockup and approve it before anything prints.
What size should a restaurant menu be?
Letter size is the most common for a one-page dine-in menu, and a tall narrow format works well for drink lists that sit beside a place setting. Takeout menus are usually folded so they pack flat. Tell us how many dishes you have and where the menu gets used, and we'll suggest a size that stays readable.
What happens when my prices change?
We keep your print-ready file, so you send the updated prices and we reprint the same layout — no starting over. If it's only a few items, a specials insert can bridge the gap until you're ready for a full reprint.
How many menus should I order?
It depends on your seat count, how many menus stay at the host stand, and whether you hand out takeout copies. Larger runs bring the per-menu cost down, so it's often worth ordering past your immediate need. Send us your quantity and we'll come back with an exact quote.
Can you print menus for a food truck or a pop-up?
Yes. For trucks and pop-ups we often print a durable board-style menu for the window plus small handheld cards, so guests can read the list from the line-up. Let us know your setup and we'll mock up something that suits the space.
