We digitize your logo for embroidery and send back a mockup on the actual toque colour, plus an exact quote for your quantity.

Once you approve, the design is embroidered or patched onto your blanks and every toque is checked before it's bagged.

Can you embroider on a knit toque?
Yes — embroidery is the standard way to brand a toque, and it holds up far better than print on a stretchy knit. We digitize your logo into a stitch file first, which keeps the design from distorting when the knit stretches over someone's head. Simple, bold logos stitch the cleanest.
Where does the logo go on a toque?
The most common spot is centred on the cuff, so the logo stays visible when the toque is folded up. We can also stitch the crown or a side panel if you'd rather the branding sit higher, and on uncuffed styles we place it on the front face. Send your artwork and we'll show you the placement on a mockup.
What's the difference between embroidery and a patch?
Embroidery stitches the design directly into the knit for a clean, integrated look. A woven or leather-look patch sits on top of the cuff and gives that outdoor-brand feel, and it handles detailed or multi-colour logos better than thread alone. Both are quote-based, so tell us your logo and we'll recommend the one that suits it.
Do you have fleece-lined toques?
We do. Some blanks have a fleece band inside the cuff and others are fully lined, which matters if your crew is outdoors through an Ottawa winter. Let us know the working conditions and we'll pull options that are warm enough without being too bulky.
Can I get toques in my team colours?
Yes — knit blanks come in a wide colour range, and we match thread colours to your brand so the logo reads properly against the toque. If you need an exact shade, send your brand colours and we'll confirm what's available before you commit.
Is there a minimum order for custom toques?
Embroidery has a setup step for digitizing your logo, so toques are most economical in a batch — but we handle small team runs as well as bigger promo orders. Send your quantity and the style you want and we'll come back with an exact quote.
