Custom T-Shirts & Printing in Lévis

We print for a good chunk of Lévis, from Desjardins-side offices to shipyard and shop crews to minor hockey clubs, and all of it is made in our own Ottawa shop and couriered across the river. There's no YAYA Prints counter in Vieux-Lévis, so the whole thing runs online: send art or an idea, get a free digital mockup on the actual garment before you pay, then approve it. A real designer looks at every file before it prints. French or English, whichever you prefer. 613-666-9292 or order@yayaprints.ca.

Design it yourself in seconds — a real designer still reviews every order before it prints.

Quebec City & across Quebec

Custom printing built for Lévis.

Lévis orders read differently from Quebec City's, even though the ferry crossing takes about twelve minutes. Desjardins head-office teams and the accounting and insurance firms around avenue des Commandeurs order embroidered polos, softshells and event apparel for staff days. Heavy industry drives most of the rest: crews at the Davie yard in Lauzon, the refinery in Saint-Romuald and the manufacturing and logistics outfits strung along Highway 20 order work shirts, hoodies, toques and caps, plus lettering for fleet trucks. Commuter families in Saint-Nicolas, Saint-Rédempteur and Charny keep the minor hockey, soccer and cheer clubs full, and those clubs order team tees and bench hoodies every season. We also print run-club and charity-walk shirts for events along the Parcours des Anses.

Lévis mostly orders two things: embroidered polos and jackets for the offices around Desjardins, and durable screen-printed work shirts, hoodies and caps for shipyard, refinery and manufacturing crews.

Custom printing in Lévis — FAQ

How does delivery to Lévis work, and what does shipping add?

Everything ships by courier from our Ottawa shop to your address in Lévis: office, arena, job site, wherever you want the boxes. Transit is normally one to two days once the order is produced, on top of a 2 to 5 business day production window after mockup approval and payment. Shipping gets quoted with your order rather than buried in the per-shirt price, so you can actually see it, and on larger runs the freight cost per shirt gets small quickly. We won't promise a delivery date we don't control, but we'll tell you what's realistic.

Can I drop by and pick the order up somewhere in Lévis?

No. We don't have a counter in Lévis or anywhere in Quebec. Our presses, embroidery machines and staff are all in Ottawa, Ontario, and Lévis orders travel by courier. That's the honest version. What replaces the in-person visit is the free digital mockup: you see your design on the actual product, at the actual size and placement, before you pay. Approve it and we print, ask for changes and we redo it. Questions get answered at 613-666-9292, in French or English, by someone who has seen your file.

Should our office shirts be embroidered or printed?

For polos, softshells, fleece and caps, the sort of thing a branch or an office orders, embroidery is usually the right call. It survives washing, it looks right on a collared shirt, and a small left-chest logo stitches cleanly. Screen printing and DTF are better for tees, hoodies and anything with a big or full-colour graphic. If your logo has fine text or gradients, our designer will tell you what will and won't hold at stitch size and suggest a simplified version rather than letting it come out muddy on 80 shirts.

We need shirts for a tournament in under two weeks. Is that doable?

Usually, yes. Standard is 2 to 5 business days of production after you approve the mockup and pay, plus one to two days in transit to Lévis, and rush is available on most apparel jobs. The single biggest thing you can do is send usable art and approve the mockup quickly, because that's where most jobs lose days, not on the press. Give us the in-hands date at the start and we'll tell you straight whether it's realistic, instead of you finding out three days before the tournament.

Can we reorder the same shirts next season?

Yes. We keep your approved artwork and the setup details, including ink colours, placement and print size, so a reorder doesn't start from scratch. Tell us the quantity and the size breakdown and we'll confirm the same specs, or update the year on a team shirt and send a fresh mockup to approve. If the original blank has been discontinued, we'll say so and offer the closest match rather than swapping it quietly and letting you discover the difference in fit or colour when the box lands.

What if my logo is just a screenshot from our website?

Send it anyway. A person, not an automated preflight, opens every file before it goes to press and checks resolution, colour, sizing and placement. If a phone screenshot, a website PNG, a PDF or an AI-generated image won't hold up at print size, we clean it up or redraw it as vector art, and if something genuinely can't be saved we tell you exactly what's wrong. You can also build the whole thing yourself at yayaprints.ca/mockup-creator, place your logo on a real garment and see the price as you go.

How ordering works

Design it yourself. A human designer still checks every order.

Our free studio gives you the price and the mockup in the browser. What it doesn't do is print your file blindly — every order is reviewed by a real designer before it reaches the press.

  1. Step 1
    You design it — free

Upload your logo, drop it on a real garment, set the size and placement, pick colours and quantities. No account, no deposit, no waiting on a reply.

  2. Step 2
    A human designer checks it

Before anything prints, one of our designers opens your file and checks resolution, colours, sizing and placement. If it won't print well, we fix it or tell you exactly what's wrong — a person, not an automated preflight.

  3. Step 3
    You approve, then we print

You get the corrected mockup back on the actual product. Nothing goes to press until you say yes — and it ships in 2–5 business days.

Lévis, let's make
something custom.

Design it yourself in our free studio and see the price as you go — or send your artwork and quantity and we'll come back with a free mockup, usually the same business day.

Either way, a real designer reviews your file before anything prints.
