Custom T-Shirts & Embroidery in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu

We print custom apparel and signage in our own shop in Ottawa and ship it to Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu by courier, usually a day or two in transit once your order is made. There's no storefront in Vieux-Saint-Jean, so everything runs online: send artwork or a sketch, get a free digital mockup on the actual garment before paying anything, and know that a real designer checks the file before it goes to press. Screen printing, DTF, DTG, embroidery, vinyl and signage, in French or English. 613-666-9292 or order@yayaprints.ca.

Design it yourself in seconds — a real designer still reviews every order before it prints.

Quebec City & across Quebec

Custom printing built for Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.

Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu orders come from three directions. Agri-food is the biggest: growers, greenhouses, packing lines and processing plants across L'Acadie and the flats toward Mont-Saint-Grégoire order crew shirts, caps and bright tees for seasonal staff, and the farm-equipment dealers order branded jackets. Then the institutional side, where groups around the Collège militaire royal and Fort Saint-Jean, along with school and cégep teams, order commemorative shirts, hoodies and team wear. Third, events: the balloon festival in August brings volunteer, crew and vendor shirt orders by the hundred, and the shops and terrasses along rue Richelieu order staff tees for that week. Minor hockey, soccer and ringette clubs in Saint-Luc and Iberville round out the rest of the year.

Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu leans agri-food and events: durable screen-printed crew shirts and embroidered caps for farms, plants and equipment dealers, plus bulk volunteer and vendor tees for the August festival season.

Custom printing in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu — FAQ

We're doing merch for a festival booth. Can you print a few hundred tees in time?

Yes, that's a normal volume for us. Screen printing is at its best in the hundreds, and the per-shirt cost drops well under $10 at that count depending on the garment and the ink colours. The schedule is the part that needs care: 2 to 5 business days of production after you approve the mockup and pay, plus a day or two in transit. Lock the design early, approve quickly, and an August date is comfortable. Tell us the in-hands date first and we'll say honestly whether it works.

We're a small shop. Is there a minimum we have to hit?

No minimum on DTF or DTG. We'll print one shirt, and plenty of orders here are two or three staff tees or a single sample before a bigger run. Screen printing starts around 6 pieces because there's a screen to make, and it becomes the cheapest option somewhere past 24 to 50. Embroidery is fine in small counts as well, which is why cafés and boutiques along rue Richelieu often order half a dozen aprons or caps at a time. Send the quantity and we'll pick the method that costs you least.

Do you deliver to Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, or is there a location here?

We deliver. There's no YAYA Prints location in the Montérégie, our shop is in Ottawa, Ontario, and everything gets couriered to your address, normally one to two days once the order is produced. We're not going to list a local address to look closer than we are. The free digital mockup on the actual product does the work an in-person visit used to do: you approve exactly what will print, at the size and placement you'll actually get, before any money changes hands.

Nobody here is a designer. Will our artwork actually work?

That's what the human check is for. A real person opens every file before it goes to press and looks at resolution, colour, sizing and placement, and it isn't an automated preflight spitting out an error code. Send a phone screenshot, a website PNG, a PDF or an AI-generated image and we'll clean it up or redraw it as vector art, and if it genuinely can't be saved we tell you exactly what's wrong and what to send instead. You approve a mockup before anything prints, so there are no surprises.

Can you embroider caps and jackets for our crew?

Yes. Caps, polos, work shirts, jackets and toques are all standard embroidery here, and a left-chest logo or a cap front is the most common order by far. Embroidery holds up through repeated washing better than a light transfer, which matters on farm and plant crews. Fine text and gradients don't stitch the way they print, so our designer will tell you what will hold at that size and offer a simplified version if it's needed. You see the placement and layout in a mockup before approving anything.

How do we order and pay without a lot of back and forth?

Two ways. Build it yourself in the free studio at yayaprints.ca/mockup-creator, where you upload a logo, place it on a real garment, add print-quality text, choose colours and sizes, watch the price update and order online with no account and no deposit. Or send your art and quantity to order@yayaprints.ca and we'll come back with a free mockup and a price. Either route works in French or English, and French text with accents is handled properly in the artwork.

How ordering works

Design it yourself. A human designer still checks every order.

Our free studio gives you the price and the mockup in the browser. What it doesn't do is print your file blindly — every order is reviewed by a real designer before it reaches the press.

  1. Step 1
    You design it — free

Upload your logo, drop it on a real garment, set the size and placement, pick colours and quantities. No account, no deposit, no waiting on a reply.

  2. Step 2
    A human designer checks it

Before anything prints, one of our designers opens your file and checks resolution, colours, sizing and placement. If it won't print well, we fix it or tell you exactly what's wrong — a person, not an automated preflight.

  3. Step 3
    You approve, then we print

You get the corrected mockup back on the actual product. Nothing goes to press until you say yes — and it ships in 2–5 business days.
