Custom T-Shirts, Hoodies & Embroidery in Sherbrooke

Sherbrooke keeps our presses busy with student, sports and shop orders, and all of it is printed in our own Ottawa shop and shipped into the Estrie by courier. We don't have a storefront on rue Wellington, so you order online: we send a free digital mockup on the real garment before you pay a cent, and a designer checks the artwork by hand before anything goes to press. Screen printing, DTF, DTG, embroidery, vinyl and signage, in French or English, however you'd rather work. 613-666-9292 or order@yayaprints.ca.

Design it yourself in seconds — a real designer still reviews every order before it prints.

Quebec City & across Quebec

Custom printing built for Sherbrooke.

Sherbrooke is a student town with a working industrial base, and our order book shows it. Université de Sherbrooke faculty associations, residence floors and intramural teams order short-run hoodies and event tees, Bishop's clubs down in Lennoxville order their own, and Vert et Or and Phoenix fans want game-day shirts. Research and health-science groups around the Campus de la santé and the CHUS order polos for symposiums and shirts for conference weekends. Manufacturers in the industrial parks order crew shirts, caps and fleet lettering. Cafés, bars and vendors near the Marché de la Gare and along Wellington order staff shirts and tote bags, and event crews working Mont-Bellevue, the Lac des Nations trails and the Townships order volunteer and guide shirts. Every file gets a human designer's eyes first.

Sherbrooke's biggest categories are short-run hoodies and event tees for the two universities' clubs and teams, plus embroidered polos and durable work shirts for health-science employers and Estrie manufacturers.

Custom printing in Sherbrooke — FAQ

We're a student association with a small budget. What's the cheapest way to do 60 shirts?

Screen printing, one or two ink colours, on a mid-weight blank. At 50 pieces a screen-printed tee usually lands in the $12 to $18 range each, and the per-shirt cost keeps dropping as the count climbs, going under $10 once you're into the hundreds. Hoodies cost more than tees, and every extra ink colour or print location adds setup, so a one-colour front print gets you the most shirts for the money. Send the quantity and the art and we'll quote it properly instead of guessing at it.

Can you print one hoodie, or do clubs have to order in bulk?

One is fine. DTF and DTG have no minimum, so a single hoodie for a prize draw, a sample before the club votes on a design, or three shirts for the exec are all real orders here. Screen printing kicks in around 6 pieces and gets good past roughly 24 to 50, so the method changes with the quantity rather than the door being closed on small runs. Tell us what you need and we'll point you at whichever process costs less, which for small counts is almost always DTF or DTG.

Do you have a location in Sherbrooke or anywhere in the Townships?

We don't. YAYA Prints prints in Ottawa, Ontario, and ships to Sherbrooke. There's no Estrie storefront and no drop-off counter, and we're not going to invent one to look local. Everything from artwork to approval happens online, and the free digital mockup does the job the counter used to do: you see your design on the actual garment, at the real size and placement, before any money changes hands. If you'd rather talk than type, 613-666-9292 gets you a person, in French or English.

Can you do names and numbers on team shirts?

Yes. Names and numbers are normally a heat-transfer vinyl job applied piece by piece, so every shirt gets its own. Send a roster in a spreadsheet with sizes and we'll set it up and show you the layout in the mockup before we cut anything, and accented names are no problem at all. A front logo can be screen printed or DTF on the same shirt. Because each piece is individual rather than run through the press together, allow a bit more time on the production side for a full roster.

Our club works in French. Is that a problem?

Not at all. We serve customers in French or English, whichever is easier for you, and French artwork is routine. Accented characters, cedillas and the longer French words that blow out a tight layout get handled properly instead of cropped or squashed. If a French line won't fit the print area at a readable size, our designer re-sets it and shows you the change in the mockup. Bilingual shirts, with French on the front and English on a sleeve, are a common order for campus groups and conference organizers.

How do we see a price without waiting on a quote email?

Use the free studio at yayaprints.ca/mockup-creator. Upload your logo, place it on a real garment, add print-quality text, pick colours and sizes, and the price updates as you build, then order online. No account, no deposit, no phone call. It's the fastest way to check whether an idea fits the budget before a club vote or a purchase order goes in. After you order, a designer still reviews the file by hand and comes back to you if the artwork needs work before it goes on the press.

How ordering works

Design it yourself. A human designer still checks every order.

Our free studio gives you the price and the mockup in the browser. What it doesn't do is print your file blindly — every order is reviewed by a real designer before it reaches the press.

  1. Step 1
    You design it — free

Upload your logo, drop it on a real garment, set the size and placement, pick colours and quantities. No account, no deposit, no waiting on a reply.

  2. Step 2
    A human designer checks it

Before anything prints, one of our designers opens your file and checks resolution, colours, sizing and placement. If it won't print well, we fix it or tell you exactly what's wrong — a person, not an automated preflight.

  3. Step 3
    You approve, then we print

You get the corrected mockup back on the actual product. Nothing goes to press until you say yes — and it ships in 2–5 business days.

Sherbrooke, let's make
something custom.

Design it yourself in our free studio and see the price as you go — or send your artwork and quantity and we'll come back with a free mockup, usually the same business day.

Either way, a real designer reviews your file before anything prints.
