Custom T-Shirts & Printing in Trois-Rivières

We're an Ottawa print shop, and Trois-Rivières is an easy run for us: we print in-house and ship by courier. There's no storefront on rue des Forges, so the job runs online. Send artwork or a rough idea, get a free digital mockup on the actual product before you pay anything, approve it, and we print. A real designer reviews every file first, so a fuzzy logo gets fixed instead of printed. Screen printing, DTF, DTG, embroidery, vinyl and signage, in French or English. 613-666-9292 or order@yayaprints.ca.

Design it yourself in seconds — a real designer still reviews every order before it prints.

Quebec City & across Quebec

Custom printing built for Trois-Rivières.

Trois-Rivières sits halfway between Montreal and Quebec City, and the work splits about the same way. The industrial side is the backbone: metal, machining and manufacturing shops in the industrial parks, the plants across the river in Bécancour, and the port and logistics outfits all order work shirts, hoodies, caps and fleet lettering that survive a full shift. UQTR student associations and Patriotes teams order hoodies and event tees, and the Cégep de Trois-Rivières clubs order their own. Summer is its own season here: FestiVoix crews and vendors, volunteer and staff shirts for Grand Prix weekend around the Parc de l'Exposition circuit, and merch for the downtown terrasses. Minor hockey in Cap-de-la-Madeleine and Trois-Rivières-Ouest orders bench gear every fall.

Trois-Rivières mostly orders durable branded workwear, meaning screen-printed and embroidered shirts, hoodies and caps for manufacturing, port and construction crews, plus high-volume event tees for the summer festival and race weekends.

Custom printing in Trois-Rivières — FAQ

We need shirts in hand for a festival weekend. How early should we order?

Work backwards from the date and leave yourself a buffer. Production is 2 to 5 business days after you approve the mockup and pay, plus one to two days in transit from Ottawa to Trois-Rivières. So ten days out is comfortable, a week is fine for most jobs, and anything tighter means asking about rush, which we can do on most apparel orders. What actually eats a schedule is slow artwork and slow approvals, not the press. Tell us the in-hands date up front and we'll tell you honestly whether it's on.

Is there anywhere in Trois-Rivières I can see samples in person?

No. We're an Ottawa shop with no Mauricie location, so there's nothing to walk into and we won't list an address that suggests otherwise. The free digital mockup covers most of it: you see your design rendered on the actual garment, at the real print size and placement, before you pay. If you want to know how a blank feels before committing to a few hundred pieces, call 613-666-9292 and we'll talk through fabric weights and how they wear, in French or English. We'd rather you order the right shirt than the cheapest one.

What file do you need from me?

Whatever you have. Vector files like AI, EPS, SVG or a vector PDF are ideal and a high-resolution PNG is fine, but a phone screenshot, a logo pulled off your website or an AI-generated image are all accepted here. A human designer, not an automated preflight, opens the file and checks resolution, colour, sizing and placement, then either cleans it up, redraws it as vector art, or tells you exactly what's wrong and what to send instead. You see the result in a mockup before you pay, so nothing prints that you haven't approved.

Will printed shop shirts hold up in a plant?

That depends more on the garment and the method than most people expect. For crews working shifts we usually steer toward screen printing on a heavier cotton or blend, or embroidery on polos, work shirts and caps, because both take repeated industrial washing better than a light heat transfer. Colour choice matters too, since a light print on a dark shirt shows wear more slowly than the reverse. Tell us the environment, whether that's welding, a food plant, outdoors or a warehouse, and we'll recommend the blank and method that lasts.

Does ordering from Ontario mean customs or duty on our side?

No. It's an interprovincial shipment inside Canada, so there's no border, no customs hold and no duty. Printed in Ottawa, delivered to Trois-Rivières by courier, normally one to two days once the order is produced. Applicable Canadian sales tax shows on your invoice and that's the whole story. It's one reason a lot of Quebec buyers end up here instead of ordering from a US or offshore supplier, where slow shipping and a customs hold can quietly eat a deadline you can't move.

Can we do the whole thing in French, online?

Yes. We serve customers in French or English by phone and email, and French artwork is routine, with accents, cedillas and long French words set properly instead of cropped to fit. If you'd rather not email at all, the free studio at yayaprints.ca/mockup-creator lets you upload a logo, place it on a real garment, add print-quality text, choose colours and sizes, watch the price update and order online. No account, no deposit, no phone call, and a designer still checks the file afterwards.

How ordering works

Design it yourself. A human designer still checks every order.

Our free studio gives you the price and the mockup in the browser. What it doesn't do is print your file blindly — every order is reviewed by a real designer before it reaches the press.

  1. Step 1
    You design it — free

Upload your logo, drop it on a real garment, set the size and placement, pick colours and quantities. No account, no deposit, no waiting on a reply.

  2. Step 2
    A human designer checks it

Before anything prints, one of our designers opens your file and checks resolution, colours, sizing and placement. If it won't print well, we fix it or tell you exactly what's wrong — a person, not an automated preflight.

  3. Step 3
    You approve, then we print

You get the corrected mockup back on the actual product. Nothing goes to press until you say yes — and it ships in 2–5 business days.

Trois-Rivières, let's make
something custom.

Design it yourself in our free studio and see the price as you go — or send your artwork and quantity and we'll come back with a free mockup, usually the same business day.

Either way, a real designer reviews your file before anything prints.
