Frequently asked questions
Can you print over the reflective tape?
No — we deliberately keep all branding clear of the reflective striping. Ink and stitching sit only on the open fabric panels, so the tape is left exactly as the manufacturer made it. On busy vest styles that usually means a left-chest logo and a back panel between the horizontal stripes.
Do you carry hi-vis blanks, or can I supply my own?
Both. We can source lime and orange vests, tees, hoodies, and jackets, or we'll decorate the blanks you already buy. If your site specifies a particular garment, send us the brand and style number and we'll match it or quote decorating your own stock.
Print or embroidery on hi-vis?
Screen printing suits large back logos on vests and tees, and keeps the per-piece price down on bigger crew orders. Embroidery gives a sharper, more durable chest logo on hoodies, softshells, and bomber jackets. We'll recommend whichever fits the garment and the size of your artwork.
Will the logo survive job-site washing?
Hi-vis gear takes a beating, so we choose the decoration method with that in mind — cured screen print on knits and mesh, embroidery on heavier outerwear. Turning garments inside out and washing warm rather than hot is the simplest way to keep both the logo and the fluorescent colour looking sharp.
Can each person's name go on the vest?
Yes. We can add individual names, roles, or crew numbers alongside your company logo, typically on the chest opposite the logo or across the back yoke. Send the name list with your order and we'll bag each piece by name.
Do you handle small crews and large orders?
Both — a handful of vests for a two-person outfit or a full re-kit for a large Ottawa contractor. Per-piece cost drops as quantity climbs, so send your quantity and size breakdown and we'll come back with an exact quote.
