Graphics are printed large-format in our Ottawa shop and fitted to the stand or throw, then test-deployed before it leaves.

Collect the packed cases from the shop or have them delivered — tell us your show date and we'll work back from it.

What display should I start with for my first trade show?
For most first-time exhibitors a retractable banner stand plus a printed table throw covers the essentials — height behind you and branding in front of you. That combination reads as a finished booth from across the aisle without needing a full backdrop wall. Tell us your booth size and we'll suggest what fits the space you were assigned.
Can I reuse the display at the next show?
That's the point of it. The hardware is built to be set up and packed down repeatedly, and the graphic panel is a separate part — so when your tagline, website, or branding changes you can reprint just the graphic and keep the stand. Bring the hardware back to us and we'll re-fit it.
What's the difference between vinyl and fabric displays?
Vinyl graphics are more rigid and hold their shape well in a roll-up stand, which makes them the common choice for retractable banners. Fabric is softer, resists creasing when it's folded into a bag, and is typically used for table throws and larger backdrop walls. We'll recommend one based on how often the display gets packed and moved.
Do I need a vector logo for a booth-sized graphic?
It helps a lot. Trade show graphics are printed much larger than a business card, so a small web logo can look soft once it's blown up to booth height. Send whatever you have — a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) prints sharpest, and if you only have a low-resolution image we can redraw it first.
Can you match my display to my other event materials?
Yes — we print the banners, signage, stickers, and staff apparel in the same shop, so the colours and logo placement stay consistent across the booth. Send everything you need for the show in one request and we'll quote it together rather than piece by piece.
