Custom T-Shirts & Printing in St. Catharines
We're YAYA Prints. We print in-house in Ottawa and ship to St. Catharines and the rest of Niagara by courier, usually a day or two on the road. There's no Niagara storefront, which means no showroom markup and no drive downtown. You upload artwork, we send back a free digital mockup on the actual garment, and nothing prints until you approve it. Screen printing, DTF, DTG, embroidery, vinyl, signage and vehicle graphics all come out of the same shop, and there's no minimum on DTF or DTG. We'll print one shirt.
Design it yourself in seconds — a real designer still reviews every order before it prints.
Custom printing built for St. Catharines.
Niagara work reaches us in waves. Spring and summer bring hospitality: embroidered aprons, caps and staff polos for wineries along the Bench and for restaurant crews downtown on St. Paul Street, plus event and volunteer tees for the Royal Canadian Henley crowd at Martindale Pond. Brock clubs, residences and intramural teams order hoodies by the box, and Niagara College programs do the same. Manufacturing and auto-parts shops near the Welland Canal and the GM plant order hi-vis and embroidered workwear. Come harvest, grape and tender-fruit operations want durable crew shirts, and Grape and Wine Festival vendors in Montebello Park order short runs. A designer checks every one of those files by hand.
St. Catharines orders skew to embroidered hospitality gear for wineries and restaurants, and to bulk screen-printed tees and hoodies for Brock teams, regattas and festivals. DTF covers the full-colour one-offs and the small club runs.

Custom printing in St. Catharines — FAQ
Can I order just one shirt, or is there a minimum?
There's no minimum on DTF or DTG. We'll print one shirt, and plenty of St. Catharines customers start with a single sample before committing the whole team. Screen printing is different: it starts around 6 pieces because of the screen setup, and it gets genuinely good past roughly 24 to 50, where the per-shirt price drops. Embroidery works fine in small numbers too. If you aren't sure which method suits your design and quantity, send both details and we'll tell you which one gives you the better shirt for the money.
Is there a YAYA Prints location in St. Catharines?
No. Our shop is in Ottawa and everything is printed there, then couriered to Niagara. There's no storefront on St. Paul Street or anywhere else in the region to walk into. The whole job happens online instead: artwork in, free digital mockup back on the actual product, approval, print, ship. Typical production is 2 to 5 business days after approval and payment, then 1 to 2 days in transit. Because it's printed in Ontario there's no border crossing, no customs hold and no surprise duty line on your invoice.
How does shipping to Niagara work, and what does it cost?
We ship by courier from Ottawa, and transit to St. Catharines is normally 1 to 2 business days once your order leaves the shop. Shipping is quoted with the job rather than guessed at, because it depends on weight and box count, and 300 hoodies is a very different shipment from 20 tees. Bigger orders absorb it easily on a per-piece basis. We'll ship to a home, a business, a campus mailroom or a job site. We won't promise a specific delivery date, since that last leg belongs to the courier.
Our logo is a low-resolution file off our website. Is that a problem?
Usually not, and you'll hear about it before we print rather than after. Every file is reviewed by a human designer for resolution, colour, sizing and placement, and if the art won't hold up at print size we either fix it or redraw it as clean vector art. Website PNGs, phone screenshots, an old PDF from a sign shop, even AI-generated images all come in regularly and get cleaned up. You'll see exactly what will print in your mockup, and you approve that mockup before anything goes on a press.
Do you make gear for wineries, restaurants and tasting rooms?
Regularly. Embroidered aprons, caps, denim shirts and staff polos are the usual ask, and stitching survives a hospitality laundry cycle far better than a print does. For merch you actually sell in the tasting room, like tees, hoodies and tote bags, screen printing at 50 or more brings the cost per piece down enough to leave you a decent margin. We can also do vinyl decals for windows and signage for events. Send the logo and roughly what you need and we'll price the whole kit in one quote.
Can I see what it looks like and what it costs before contacting you?
Yes, and most people do. The free design studio at yayaprints.ca/mockup-creator lets you upload a logo, place it on a real garment, add print-quality text, choose colours and sizes, and see the price update as you build. No account, no deposit, no phone call. Order right there when you're happy with it, and a designer still reviews the artwork before it prints. Prefer to hand it off? Email order@yayaprints.ca or call 613-666-9292 and we'll do the layout and send the mockup back to you.
Design it yourself. A human designer still checks every order.
Our free studio gives you the price and the mockup in the browser. What it doesn't do is print your file blindly — every order is reviewed by a real designer before it reaches the press.
- Step 1You design it — free
Upload your logo, drop it on a real garment, set the size and placement, pick colours and quantities. No account, no deposit, no waiting on a reply.
- Step 2A human designer checks it
Before anything prints, one of our designers opens your file and checks resolution, colours, sizing and placement. If it won't print well, we fix it or tell you exactly what's wrong — a person, not an automated preflight.
- Step 3You approve, then we print
You get the corrected mockup back on the actual product. Nothing goes to press until you say yes — and it ships in 2–5 business days.
