Custom T-Shirts & Printing in Brantford
We're YAYA Prints, an Ontario shop that prints everything in-house in Ottawa and ships to Brantford by courier. There's no storefront on Colborne Street, and we'd rather be straight about that than fake a local address. You send artwork and a quantity, we send back a free digital mockup on the actual garment, and a real designer reviews the file before it ever hits a press. Screen printing, DTF, DTG, embroidery, vinyl and signage all live under one roof, and there's no minimum on DTF or DTG if you only need a couple.
Design it yourself in seconds — a real designer still reviews every order before it prints.
Custom printing built for Brantford.
Brantford sends us a steady mix. Advanced manufacturing and food-processing plants out by the industrial parks order embroidered workwear, hi-vis and caps, and the trades keeping pace with downtown's redevelopment want crew shirts and truck decals. Wilfrid Laurier's Brantford campus and Conestoga students order club hoodies, orientation tees and grad wear, while the Sanderson Centre crowd orders event and volunteer shirts. Hockey is its own category in this city, and we print bench gear, warm-ups and tournament tees for minor associations and adult leagues along the Grand. Small businesses on Colborne and West Street, plus community groups from Paris out to Six Nations of the Grand River, order short runs all year.
Brantford orders lean industrial: embroidered workwear, hi-vis and caps for manufacturing and trades crews, plus bulk screen-printed tees and hoodies for hockey associations, Laurier clubs and downtown small businesses.
Every custom-printing service, one shop.

Custom printing in Brantford — FAQ
I only have a photo of our old logo on a shirt. Can you work from that?
Often, yes. Send whatever you've got, whether that's a phone photo, a screenshot, a website PNG, a PDF from an old sign job or an AI-generated image, and a human designer will look at it properly. That means checking resolution, colour, sizing and placement, then either cleaning the file up or redrawing it as vector art so it prints sharp. It isn't an automated preflight that just rejects your upload. If something genuinely can't be saved, we'll tell you exactly what's wrong and what we'd need instead, before you've paid anything.
Do you have a Brantford storefront?
No. Everything is printed in our own Ottawa shop and shipped to Brantford by courier, so there's nowhere in town to drop in. That's the honest version. The trade-off is that the whole process runs online: you approve a free digital mockup on the real product before paying, production is typically 2 to 5 business days after that, and the courier takes another 1 to 2 days. It's printed in Ontario, so nothing sits at a border waiting on customs. If you want to talk to a person, 613-666-9292 reaches one.
How much cheaper does it get if we order 100 shirts instead of 25?
Quite a bit. Screen printing carries a fixed setup cost per colour, so that cost spreads thinner the more shirts you run. At around 50 pieces a standard one or two colour tee usually lands somewhere between 12 and 18 dollars each, and in the hundreds it typically drops under 10. Garment choice, ink colours and the number of print locations all move that, so treat them as ranges rather than a price list. Send us the real quantity and size breakdown and we'll quote the actual job for free.
Can you turn around tournament shirts quickly?
Most of the time. Standard production is 2 to 5 business days after you approve the mockup and pay, then 1 to 2 days in transit to Brantford, and rush is available on most apparel jobs. We won't quote a guaranteed delivery date, because the courier's last leg isn't ours to promise. What we will do is look at your in-hands date before you order and tell you honestly whether it's achievable. If the timeline is tight, DTF is often faster to produce than a multi-colour screen job with several screens to burn.
If we run out of shirts, can you reprint the same design later?
Yes. We keep your approved artwork and the setup details on file, so a reorder skips most of the back and forth: same placement, same colours, same garment if it's still available. Tell us the quantity and we'll confirm the blank and send a fresh quote. Reorders are common for hockey associations that add players and for shops that hire mid-season. If you want a change, say a new sponsor on the sleeve or a different shirt colour, we'll build an updated mockup and you approve that before we print.
Can I put a design together myself and see the price?
That's what the free studio is for. At yayaprints.ca/mockup-creator you upload a logo, place it on a real garment, add print-quality text, pick colours and sizes, and the price updates as you go. No account, no deposit, no phone call, and you can order right from there. A designer still reviews the artwork afterwards, so a file that's too low-resolution gets caught before it prints rather than after. If you'd rather we do the layout, email order@yayaprints.ca with your logo and quantity.
Design it yourself. A human designer still checks every order.
Our free studio gives you the price and the mockup in the browser. What it doesn't do is print your file blindly — every order is reviewed by a real designer before it reaches the press.
- Step 1You design it — free
Upload your logo, drop it on a real garment, set the size and placement, pick colours and quantities. No account, no deposit, no waiting on a reply.
- Step 2A human designer checks it
Before anything prints, one of our designers opens your file and checks resolution, colours, sizing and placement. If it won't print well, we fix it or tell you exactly what's wrong — a person, not an automated preflight.
- Step 3You approve, then we print
You get the corrected mockup back on the actual product. Nothing goes to press until you say yes — and it ships in 2–5 business days.
