Is there a YAYA Prints store in Bolton or Caledon I can walk into?
No, and we would rather say it plainly than fake an address. Our shop is in Ottawa, we print everything in-house there, and we ship to Caledon by courier. Once you approve your mockup, production usually runs two to five business days and transit is another one or two. Everything else happens online: you send artwork or design it yourself at yayaprints.ca/mockup-creator, we send back a free mockup on the actual product, and nothing prints until you say go.
Can I order just one shirt, or is there a minimum?
There is no minimum on DTF or DTG, so one shirt is a real order, whether it is a sample for the shop or a gift for a retirement. Screen printing starts around six pieces because of the setup, and the value gets much better past roughly 24 to 50. If you are not sure which way to go, tell us the quantity and the design and we will tell you which method costs less. The free mockup comes either way, before you pay anything.
What holds up better on work gear, embroidery or printing?
For polos, jackets and caps that get worn every day on a site or in a yard, embroidery wins. Stitched thread does not crack or fade the way a print can after a hundred washes. For big front or back graphics, a lot of colour, or tees handed out at a fair, printing is cheaper and lighter to wear. Plenty of Caledon companies do both: embroidered polos for the office and screen-printed tees for the crew. We will quote both so you can compare the real numbers.
My logo is an old JPEG off a truck door. Can you still use it?
Usually, yes. Every order gets looked at by a human designer before it goes to press, not an automated preflight. A real person checks resolution, colour, sizing and placement, then either cleans the file up or redraws it as vector art. Phone screenshots, a PNG pulled off your website, a PDF from an old sign shop, even an AI-generated image, send whatever you have. If something genuinely will not work, we tell you exactly what is wrong instead of printing it badly and hoping.
Do you deliver to rural Caledon addresses and side roads?
Yes. Courier handles rural routes around Palgrave, Inglewood, Alton and Terra Cotta the same as a Bolton subdivision, though a rural stop can add a day. Because we print in Ontario there is no border crossing, no customs hold and no duty waiting for you. If it is easier to have the whole order land at a shop, a farm office or one person's house for handout day, give us that address and put the contact's phone number on the order so the driver can reach someone.
